Love this store always clean and full of a good choice of items. Staff always very helpful and Anita on the tills always has a smile and is very informative.

I’d go to this particular Boots store just to be served by Hugh again. What an absolute star - he should run international training camps on good old fashioned customer service!
I was having trouble signing up for an Advantage card and Hugh pretty much did it for me despite having a bit of a queue (he called a colleague to come and help on another till).
This store is also well stocked, clean and tidy.

Lovely polite staff. Very welcoming said good morning as I entered the store. The gentleman on the till was very helpful and patient when I struggled to find the voucher to get my double points added to my advantage card. Great customer service from the whole store. 🙂

Big thank you to the pharmacist and support staff member who were very professional, calm and helpful when I turned up starting with a medical emergency. I would have been hospitalised without your help and am very grateful

I shop at several boots stores across Manchester but this one is a favourite. It's large and always fully stocked. The staff are very helpful and polite. And a bonus is free parking.

Great shop, opened my eyes to all the stuff I'd been missing. If they haven't got it in store you can order an item. 👍👍

It's a good shop, very friendly staff its pitty they have to have empty boxes on the shelves to cut down on theft.

Well what can I say i just love boots for all my hair and beauty products and love that you can save points on your boots card and save for stuff staff are helpful and polite store is clean and tidy

Visited during lockdown on way back from food shop. Although a smaller sized store than where I would usually shop I managed to purchase the items I needed.

Very large store with everything you need from a Chemist. Also ample free parking while you are here.

Great place as staff very helpful and loads of parking also the pharmacy department are really helpful

Much easier than queuing for the joy of the Trafford Centre.
Pretty well stocked.
Staff are efficient.
