Darren and his team are amazing . My Rottie boy glowed when he went onto raw . I couldn't thank Darren enough for the transformation. Same can be said for my Maine coon kitten who was under weight and had a poorly tummy . She is now up to weight her coat is healthy and she looks fantastic. All her tummy problems are gone . Always have a great service and they are extremely knowledgeable. Thank you

I've had problems with my dog Shelby with his tummy for about 6 weeks visited a pet shop in the high street in heath Hayes changed shelbys diet but didn't help visited k9 petshop Darren told me to change his food to raw turkey mince I wasn't sure because I didn't like the thought of giving him raw meat but what a change in Shelby tummy much better and he can't get enough of this food so well done to K9 top pet shop thank you 💯

Amazing shop full of all things natural and healthy, wide choice of raw brands and supplements, even toys and enrichment bits. Owner was super helpful in giving me advice to transition to raw feeding, will definitely be a regular customer!

Since having our Great Dane puppy K9 Petshop is the only place we come for our raw supplies. Daz is extremely friendly, helpful and most of all honest and gives the best recommendations based on your individual dog. Value for money is great and we will continue coming here for years to come!

Really helpful, if you want to feed raw food this is the place to come. A wealth of knowledge, but not pushy. I can only speak from my experience and highly recommend. Easy parking over the road and open on Sunday's. Superb.

I have known Darren now a number of years and have used the Heath Hayes store for the dietary needs of my dogs for about 12 months.Unfortunately one of my dogs developed an allergy (I do feel that he has always had it)to chicken and beef.I didn’t get much help from the vet so I turned to Darren.He suggested Proflax Tummy Tastic a natural product that supports the gut and digestive system.I couldn’t believe my eyes within 2 weeks my pooch completely turned around no sore itchy ears and no continually itching.I was amazed!At this point we had to take a massive gamble and introduced a different protein to my dogs diet and it worked!!and under the guidance of Darren we are now very slowly introducing different proteins.Proflax is an amazing product and I can’t thank Darren enough for all his support and guidance.He’s extremely conscientious and very knowledgeable about all aspects of dogs.K9 raw to me is the best raw food supplier in the area
