Smyths Toys Superstores Swindon

Yesterday went to store to get a car seat for my son. The store staff, Paula give us a lot information and recommendations. We had a great service. She is lovely and polite lady.

Had an amazing experience at smyths yesterday, lovely service from Ben. Managed to reach a super high shelf for me. Super kind and Caring, you can tell the staff care about their job. Very happy with the customer help. :)

One of our twins wanted to buy a Gryffindor Squishmallow for his brother for Christmas. They were sold out everywhere!! I found one at a Smyths store in the UK but not a local one. Amanda was amazing, calling the other branch and arranging for it to come to Swindon. I have now picked it up and will have a very happy boy on Christmas morning. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Great service!

Went in looking for a Disney Pixar ‘Mater’ and a lovely man named Matthew had overheard us and managed to go to the back and find us one off of his own back and then find us in store to give it to my little boy. Very much appreciated not just by myself and my partner but by our little boy too! Very happy customers :)

Fantastic service from Paula in the nursery department today. She was polite, friendly and very informative, answering all of our many questions.
Although we had an issue with one of the items bought, she provided a swift and suitable solution. Remaining cheerful throughout and playing with my little baby boy.

We visited Symths on Saturday to get my daughter a Bike for her birthday and Danielle was super helpful I really appreciated her advise she helped us find the right size bike, helmet, elbow and knee pads for our daughter. The knee pads weren’t on display but she checked and there were some In store just not out on display yet so she went to find them then found us in another aisle to give them to us.
Was great service that day was very happy.

Paula and Ellie in the baby section! You guys are a full credit to your company! The amount of time spent and Willingness to help me and my partner when choosing out new pram for our first baby was amazing, you showed professionalism, you both are very knowledgeable and seriously made the buying process quick easy and efficient, as mentioned we had a mama and papa pram on order but you guys made us change our mind due to you! We had to buy a pram for our little one from the shop at Greenbridge retail park, Swindon. The customer service was outstanding. We were shown different prams and helped to buy. After that we had to return it and the shop manager was amazingly helpful and we got the money back immediately. If you are looking for excellent service and help for buying anything for you or your little ones I highly recommend that shop! It's been real pleasure for our family!

This store is wonderful. They always have lots of stock and if something isn’t on the shop floor then the staff are more than happy to look on the shelves or out back.
Every time I’ve been in I’ve had genuine conversations with the staff, and they all were beyond lovely.
Special shout out to Becky, Katherine and Matthew - all super friendly, knowledgeable and interested in me as a customer. They are a credit to the store, and the company!!

this store opened today its a massive store with every toy you can possibly think of,also they have bikes and every thing for the gamers, the staff are friendly and helpful, my only complaint is that it is very expensive, never the less a welcome replacement for toys r us ,

Staff are always happy, shop is tidy, well stocked games and toys.
