Went to the store today looking to get a new phone. I was served by Joel who offered fantastic service. He understood immediately what I needed and recommended the best offer for me. Very friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole experience stress and hassle free. Thank you!

Best phone shop experience I've had.

Tanjana was the one who assisted me; she provided the greatest service, giving me good rates on the phone, and she assisted me in setting up the phone by transferring all of my data from my old phone to the new phone. She's been incredibly nice to me, and she's really personable; bless her for taking the time to fix the phone for me.

I came in to three shop to get my phone fixed and ended up leaving with a new device and Joel not only foxed my phone he gave me a sim for my son yo use my old phone. He is a Genius, wonderful service I am very happy. Thank you Joel

Problem wit dislodged SIM that did not reconnect.
Manager approached me straight away and told me I was first in the queue. Maybe 10 minutes wait.
Lata, a customer care assistant came in just a couple of minutes and fixed it. Very helpful, polite and business like.
In the past I have had much longer waits, and once had to go home to pick up identification doc.
No trouble at all this time.
BTW Internet and WhatsApp worked throughout the down time.

I popped to the Lewisham Branch sunday 3rd March where i was greeted by a lovely lady called Alicia whom then directed me to a work station.
I then sat and briefly explained what i required.
In no time Alicia picked a sim only monthly contract which was great for me.
I then sat back and Alicia organised everything so professionally and quickly.
It makes such a nice change to sit and deal with a nice person.
I left a happy man.
