I would give more stars if possible. I am so happy and stunned about the service of these people: absolutely exceptional. I've ordered a number 2 balloon stack for my little one and I showed a picture to the lady how I would like to be. This year we have a train party theme and I wanted some small trains to be added to the stack. When my husband arrived today home with the balloons, I was absolutely stunned about how lovely they've created it. I couldn't believe they've specially hand crafted from balloons a small train on top of the stack and decorated so nicely because they couldn't find other train balloons. Well done to you guys and keep up the good work. We will definitely be back. It's worth all the money. Look at the face of our little one,he is so happy.

The staff here are so amazing. Give them an idea of what you want and they will make it 10 times better. They created the perfect surprise for my wife for Valentine's Day 💘. I would strongly recommend them. Nothing is too much trouble.

We bought two sets of LCFC balloon displays for both my sons. When ordering all options were explored on what would be best and what colours matched. On the day of pick up, they showed me the final product and also threw in extra balloons. The service was impeccable can't fault it and they really make you feel special. Our purchase was at the end of Feb 23 and the balloons have still not deflated in June! Quality product and excellent service and I would highly recommend to all.

My go to place for any celebration. My boys age 1 and 4 love popping in and choosing a balloon. I have had giant numbers and balloon arches for special occasions. The quality is second to none. They don't deflate for weeks- so much better than cheap alertantives in supermarkets. The staff went out of their way to make the boys birthdays extra special. I can not recommend enough!

I ordered one of the Birthday Number stacks and it was absolutely brilliant, lasted for so long and really stood out at the party. The lady in the shop was great at helping me pick out what I wanted and advised me really well, it was really good value & had the name on too, would definitely recommend and will be back again! The little balloon shop is awesome. I have come here numerous times for decorations and personalised balloons. The staff are so helpful and lovely. The balloons also last for ages. Definitely recommend!!

Went to this shop the other day hoping it would do the party I’m giving. Needed 1000 balloons.
WELL what can I say .the lady was so rude and unprofessional tell me it’s going to be EXPENSIVE!!!!!giving me a hard time even when I choosing what I would like..OMG WAS NOT EXPECTING THAT REPLY .( If I couldn’t afford it I’m thinking I would not be doing it.). I just walked out of the shop so bewildered. Of what’s just happened.
How is she to no what people can afford. I didn’t even ask for a price. Never again and I will definitely not recommending this place to my fellow friends/ family how in this trade of ballon making. Went to Walsall wholesales in the end to buy them. Talk about looking after the little shops in your area. Won’t bother next time .
