Great experience in here today. Popped in hoping that an item which is saying out of stock online. may be available. Staff went above and beyond looking for me with no joy. Taken to the till to see if it could be ordered to my home which was possible so I was super happy as I really didn’t want to go back again tomorrow. Lovely lady couldn’t do enough, didn’t think to catch her name but very helpful as was the other lady. Well done Next!!!

Lovely staff and loads of good clothing. They even have a Costa upstairs which makes an amazing cup of coffee. Loved it.

Actually bought my sofas in June but have been so busy never had a chance to leave a review until now. I want to thank Dawn, who helped and handled everything so efficiently and professionally. I will be visiting again soon to buy more furniture because of the excellent service I received.

First day of the shops opening back up and we went for a browse to get some furnishings for our house, they had some ex display lighting at great prices and a lovely worker called Heather was soo friendly and helpful to us, she packaged the light up for us well and gave us such a friendly shopping experience. Never really had any negative things to say about the staff in Next Home!

I came here for a suit the other day and this wasn’t the first time.
Store manager, man with gray hair, always with a suit - he is doing amazing job at that store, always really helpful and so polite. They didn’t have right size trousers, he got on the phone straight away, to phone other NEXT shops around - and he sorted it! , If NEXT PLC is reading this - you need to promote this man asap. 100 stars!

Overall a great shop some products are rather expensive but your paying for the quality, the staff are welcoming & friendly the choices of home products are amazing I will definitely visit again huge car park plenty of space . Oh and the smell as soon as you walk in it’s gorgeous from there lovely range of candles and diffuser etc

We are due to get married in 27 days, and my brother has decided to leave getting his suit till the last minute! While stressing they didn’t have his size I went online to order to find out it would be 4 weeks to get the suit! A lovely lady could see the stress I was in and went searching for my brother size! Luckily she found the size in the waist coat and the jacket but sadly not the trousers. She then went on the hunt to see if another store had them.

Another lady went straight on the phone trying to contact the stores sadly they did not have any and tried to order it through themselves this still would have took a while but it was quicker for me to order them myself!

Sadly I didn’t not get the ladies’s names but by god they were amazing and have saved me a lot of stress! Very professional and so polite to help so Thank you to the ladies’s who worked in the men’s suit section tonight. You were amazing!

Dropped into look for a pair of trousers at the arena store as I had been out all day looking for the right fit. Was approached straight away by one of the sales staff Narinder who took the trouble to check stock for me as there were none on the shop floor. He found just what I needed and was very polite and courteous. Great service Narinder . I will be back . Thanks

Went to Next at the Tesco arena park, well lit shop, good atmosphere for shopping and staff are helpful. Best feature is there's a Costa shop upstairs in the men section 🤩 so always my excuse to go into Next. Perhaps because I always manage to find something cute, something different.

This retail park is my nearest escape from the Ricoh Arena during breaks in conference sessions. I'm not at all interested in football and its concrete collosseums so I came here and went to the cafe. A welcome temporary Oasis. The area outside the cafe and shop is a bit concrete and stark hut there's the usual good selection of clothes in a bright and airy space. Sanctuary.

Very friendly sales assistant who dealt with my return promptly and efficiently. Store was clean and tidy, and the clothes were well displayed. Would visit again.

There is some wonderful products in here, although a bit expensive the quality is up there with the best of them, don't deny yourself a great item which will last for years and always look great

Next is always my favourite brand. I love to buy clothing at next as I feel very comfortable and look smarter.
