Brilliant customer service, ordered a Christmas stocking online and a couple of hats the stocking was the wrong size. The young lady quickly sent me the right size and a return label to return the wrong one. Without having to wait for a refund.

This is a company that will value your custom and provide a very reliable shopping service. Well done Jayley staff, it is not often I can compliment customer service these days!

I’ve ordered 3 times, the first time the coat I ordered arrived in completely the wrong colour. I reached out to them to try and swap it but got no reply. I ended up ordering again and hoping they’d take the first one back. Which they did, but it took a week to get a reply - which was fine for me at that time, but when you’ve spent £440, if you don’t have any certainty if you’re getting half of that back, that’s worrying. The second coat arrived and it was beautiful. It came with a different belt to the first coat, which I found odd, but it really is gorgeous, and I’m happy with it.
The third order I placed was for a hat and gloves, and they’ve arrived in time, but nowhere near the colours on the website. The hat I ordered was baby pink, and it’s arrived in a deep magenta, almost plum colour. The gloves are green, not turquoise. But even worse than that, they’re advertised as bamboo, tensely and viscose, but the labels say 100% acrylic. Not ideal when you think you’re making a more eco friendly choice. It’s such a shame, because the coat was so beautiful, I had hoped it was a picking error, but now I think there is something underhand going on 😣

Awful company who take advantage of influencers by promising them payments for their work and then not following through. It’s sad how they seem to be specifically targeting Muslim hijabi influencers too. Shame on you!
