O2 Shop Oldham

Just had a visit after work, for some mobile prices. Mr. Brad provided excellent customer service to me. The manager was also polite and friendly. I would recommend anyone 👌

The people there are doing their job and have to be polite to customers but over all they will help you to sort things out

Was in there today and was helped by two excellent members of staff. Joanne and mollie.The first joanne was really nice and polite and give me a full scope on what was on offer for me and my daughters shared contract. The second was really helpful and patient as I had my 12 year old and a very excitable toddler with me. Very helpful and very recommended thank you joanne and mollie

The Guru was patient friendly super helpful patient.
This man is a credit to your store and should rightfully be praised.
He was nice and very informative.
Other staff were nice and friendly too.

I don't go in the shop a lot but when I do the staff are very helpful and do their best to help you with any problems you might be having with your
O2 phone.

If you need anything in the 02 shop ask for molly she was great with customer service very nice and helped out with everything and made it really easy 👍😀

Went in because to much junk on my phone and didn't know how to take them off,young assistant took phone and reset everything and working brilliant now so very grateful and so polite staff THANK YOU 😊

Staff were really helpful and when I decided after a week into my new contract and phone decided I hated it swapping to something else wouldn't be a problem
