Tesco Superstore

Customer care is excellent at the Bourne Tesco store! My fiend became very unwell whilst we were shopping yesterday, Thursday, and the care and help given by the staff there was absolutely brilliant. Staff gave her water and stayed with her whilst other ladies packed her bags for her while she sat and recovered A very kind male member of staff also helped us to the car and placed the shopping bags inside for us.
I’m really sorry we did not get anyone’s name but I wanted to say thank you to all who helped us, we were so very impressed with the service. Thank you so much

Had exactly what I needed and when I couldn’t find the item the employees were very helpful and showed me exactly where I needed to go

Great Tesco's, this Tesco's has long aisles, not half aisles. Nice and clean brilliant. And it has car chargers for free. 😄👍

Asked to see the shift manager but the lady I spoke to went up and beyond to complete my request sorry I didn't get her name.Top person.

I just want to say a big thank you for a lovely lady name Diane who works at this store.(Medium length blond hair lady with a beautiful smile).She's always happy,very friendly and know how to talk with (sometimes) cheeky kids 😁👍 It's my son's favourite cashier ever 😊👍 Thank you for your time and kindness because I can see that you giving all the best of you for all the customers. 😊

Great place to shop, good selection of affordable products. Self scan makes for quicker shopping. Big savings with clubcard. Staff Very helpful.

Staff are friendly and happy to help you find something. Store is usually quite clean and well stocked.

Tesco in Bourne has changed this last couple of years for the better...it's has improved so much the staff all but a few are absolutely fantastic they are so helpful & ever so polite and friendly..I like the fact that Tesco is offering a feel safe store needs a few improvements but I'm sure that over time listening to the public more will definitely get better...keep up the fantastic work 🙏

Lovely nice and clean standard Tesco. Disabled parking near door, staff are friendly good shopping experience. My wife and I were in Bourne for a few days and we were well impressed with this store.

My five stars goes to a gentleman I believe of the name Andrew who was on self service today (09/11/2018) This evening...This gentleman had the lovelest manor about him. Extremely polite and just a pleasure to watch ...Smiling and greeting customers. I think the teens who work at this Tesco’s need to take a page out of his book cause he’s got it spot on! I have always found the staff very helpful all through lockdown. Nothing is too much trouble for all the ones I spoke to.

Nice sized store, clean and well stocked.

Just watch out for lazy customers who don't put their trolleys away and let them roll across the car park.

the staff i run into remember me and smile and make small talk y'all chill. granted i usually go at like late night, but even then, servers usually nice

The staff are always really friendly and helpful. Nice large Tesco with lots of parking.
