I was looking for a neck pillow as I’m travelling today, and I was helped by a very welcoming employee Sara, who went above and beyond to ensure that I had found one although they didn’t have it on shop floor- big big thank you to her, will definitely be going back!

Sarah assistant manager was amazing. She was alone on the shop floor, but she ran quickly to get my click and collect order. I really appreciate it. Thank you!!

I like this store. Its big and has everything I need every time I go there. I use Boots for cosmetics, pharmacy, dental care and food.
I like the meal deal and special offers I receive. If I use my Boots card I get double points on my birthday every year. The staff is polite and always available around. Easy to find the store, and I never waited in a queue outside.

Excellent service at the Opticians, particularly from Opthalmologist Shenal, who could not have been more helpful. Most of the reviews on here are from 4 years ago, and d not reflect the service levels now.

I rarely give 5 stars for anything but the pharmacist who was working as the shop was closing at 8 on Saturday 23rd March was superb. As a Type 1 diabetic, I had lost my insulin monitor that afternoon and the man was both incredibly helpful and unusually knowledgeable about the problems I was having. Doctors rarely know as much about diabetes as he did. Wish I knew his name to say thank you properly.

A really convenient one-stop branch for hand creams, make up, and shampoos.

There are two floors to this branch where the ground floor is where the essentials like hand creams are found. I was looking for a leg hair shaver and found the electrical products on the 1st floor.

Service is quick and on point.

Last time I went, I had to use the stairs.

Overall good for every day essentials and products.

I went to Boots to pick up some sunscreen, and I had no idea what I needed. If you're ever in a position where you need some assistance, please come to this Boots, and look for French/Italian speaking Sarah!

She helped me pick out the best product for my requirements and even notified me promotional offers that were available. Her friendliness and helpfulness is far more that what you would consider fantastic customer service!

Small and cosy. Easy to find basic items. Small make up section. A few self check out tills. Friendly helpful staff that seem to have great knowledge on products.

When you go shopping for vitamins and cosmetics it's boots, free to select what fits you and great support from the sales team for your inquiries, however some brands products might not be avaliable
