Ishmail and the other workers at Costcutter are so friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to assist you always with a smile and greeting for myself and my toddler, plus they a great range of products. Definitely recommend! :-)

This is my favourite of the small shops near the green for everyday shopping. Friendly staff and good prices.

Small costcutter with all the bits and bobs expected of a local corner store. Pilled up and full to the brim with every day items of food, drink, snacks, utilities, and DIY items

The two aisles in this shop converge on each other as you move further inwards. It already starts off impossible to get past someone, and then gets worse. Stock management is not ideal. Availability changes from one day to the next.

Used to go in here regularly, really lovely guys. But some new people have taken over and they have no business sense whatsoever.

Actually told my partner today that they pretend the electric/ gas top-up machine doesn't work if they don't recognise you. The local community need gas and electric - this is filthy behaviour. I find it wild that they don't understand that people WON'T spend with them BECAUSE they're pretending the machine doesn't work. Green Express is literally 1 minutes down the road and has a pay point and understands that it draws people in.

Shelves are always empty too.

They're currently selling tiny bottles of antibacterial wash for £8.

An absolute disgrace at a time we should be helping each other out.

They have sold me fake/under-counter tobacco...Be careful when buying tobacco products.

Very dissappointed with this shop. It seems poorly managed.
