Central Co-op Food - Warsop

Modern Co-op, very clean, built on the site of the old Gate public house hence the gate sign. Local theme internally. Usual range of food and snacks including hot food. Great for those travelling along the A60 main road. Costa coffee and Slushies. Long opening hours. Good car park and good disabled access. Also has a useful bike repair station should you need an emergency bike repair. Tools and a bike stand all ready to use. Dog tether, water and recycle bins too. Click and collect available.

I paid a visit today before lunch time and to say I was impressed with the service is an understatement. The ladies on duty were friendly ,polite and very helpful. As someone not at all used to this exceptional service it certainly made my day. Well done ladies and keep up the good work.

Prettiest co-op! Clean, staff are super friendly. Maybe they can stock more meat and fish considering the size of the store. Just a bit more variety would be nice. Nonetheless, one of my favourite stores.

Brand new build store spacious and modern inside Convenient for just nipping into for a few bits but wouldn’t do a full shop here as it’s expensive, has coffee & slush machine , fresh baked products , car park is big enough would go back

Overall very clean and tidy as all new stores would be but the hot food counter is always empty regardless of what time of the day I go into the store, so what should be a great asset for the store for passing trade like myself comuting to work Is basically a waste of investment and today which prompted this review I had I opted for the fresh pastry/cake section only to realise that the cakes I bought were out of date! At this point I was at work and hadn't got the receipt from the self service counter.

Got refused alcohol because a member of staff thought I was buying it for my 12 year old son who came in the shop with me. I guess there’s a fine line between being vigilant and common sense.

I had a really bad experience and had to pay 40£ for the staff mistake.
