I absolutely adore Good Club! I'm on my third order and I love everything about it.

The variety of products available, the specific delivery date, the once a month system, the packaging (which I keep for my toddler to draw on), sustainability ethos, just everything really.

Being a fairly new company they have had a few teething problems with products description, which I have been supporting, but the one time the product received had pretty much completely different ingredients from those advertised, they quickly processed a refund and thanked me for bringing it to their attention.
Great customer service. I'm sold! I've told everyone about it and I saved my membership money on the first order (I checked all prices against my previous suppliers and Google).

Excellent service, easy to order and deliveries prompt and well packaged. Wide choice of organic, vegan and fairly traded products at reasonable prices. My queries about any aspect of the service, products etc have been answered promptly, clarified and resolved in a friendly and professional way by Danny and Ailis. Am telling all my friends and family about Good Club and really like that when people join Good Club send a package to local food banks.

I’ve been quite impressed. We signed up in Feb, and had 4 deliveries since. Good prices for comparable products in the supermarkets (organic, higher standards).
Small issue, there were several out of stocks of staples like tinned tomatoes, but understandable in the lockdown period. It seems like products are coming back again.
Packaging is great and I’ve reused some of the plastic free ‘bubble wrap’ too.
Overall, with this and some other delivery services for perishables, I’ve avoided long queues at the supermarkets and had good quality food to feed the family.

I have used Good Club 3 times now and I am very pleased with the products & service. I am vegan so buy a lot of grains, pulses etc in bulk and find the prices very reasonable. I am also trying to be more eco friendly & appreciate the fact that these don't come wrapped in tons of plastic but rather more eco friendly packaging. I would definitely recommend Good Club.

I think they must have improved their customer service a lot since some of the other reviews were written. I was dismayed when my order arrived with a large number of breakages, broken glass and a massive clear up job head of me,especially as I had submitted the order to save myself time. I had to be a little patient to get a response to an email to customer services but when Marie wrote back she really could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was extremely personable and personal response which in the end left me impressed rather than angry. The food is of high quality and well priced. The idea is fantastic. I suspect they have had a few teething problems ,especially with the packaging which was pathetically inadequate, hence the numerous breakages. I hope they make it work as it could be the future for us and I really do believe the hearts are in the right place. Refunds were given unquestioningly that anything that was damaged or broken. I did submit a lot of pictures of the damage! (The only thing I really still dislike is the volume of emails and text come afterwards. In the end I had to block them.)

Would recommend Good Club as an organisation that is invested in finding more sustainable ways for us to get food. Good prices for organic and fair trade everyday items, and delivery when you want it (with an incentive to plan ahead and reduce travel miles), and minimally packaged. Also good options for bulk buying. Looking forward to future developments, too.

I highly recommend Good Club. They have a great range of eco-friendly and sustainable products as well as products suitable for gluten free, vegan etc. Saves me driving miles to shops in various places, they have everything in one place. I find the website easy to use which makes ordering quick and simple. Ordering once a month suits me and I like the option of being able to make an additional order if need be.

Good Club is a great way to get the organic staples I need each month (eg beans, chick pease, oats, noodles, chopped tomatoes, cereal bars, etc) without having to hunt around health food shops and supermarket aisles for ages and also slightly cheaper. Delivery and packaging is as sustainable as they can get it for now - but what is really interesting is the work they are doing on reducing waste even further with more re-usable packaging. I wholly recommend them.

Been using Good Club for several months now; good service and the company seems keen to keep on improving - packaging is getting even better. They use DPD for deliveries which makes things really easy; looking forward to seeing what other products become available as they grow :)

I am positively surprised with the variety of products and noticeably lower prices. A monthly shopping in GoodClub stocks our up cupboards, allows us save £ and doesn't cost the Earth. It's great that there finally is a business that actually takes action on providing "greener" shopping.

A really good alternative for everyone who is trying to be a bit more conscious when doing their food shop. The website is very use friendly and their product range is of good quality.

Ps. This also eliminates additional expenses of unplanned purchases when going to the shop if hungry.
