B&Q Worksop

Good store, done quite a few click and collect orders here which is always a fast and smooth process.

Not the biggest B&Q around but always seems to have what we need. Wish a few of the product ranges were a little bigger with more options like some of the bigger stores.

The staff are very helpful, and we have had a really good discount offer on our new bathroom, so all good. Deliveries are prompt and the communication from the delivery company is excellent. We have had a few blips with the things we hâve ordered, but these have now been rectified.

The store was well stocked and had plenty of choice. I easily found what I was looking for. Bought some plants which were a little expensive (compared to the supermarket) but very healthy. The '20% off all plants' helped me make up my mind

Click and collect on bbq charcoal. 15% off over £75. Worth a drive from Rotherham. Called and goods were waiting on a trolley. All Good!

Had everything I needed from furniture paint to drill bit sets and gloves.

Julia in the paint mixing bay was brilliant very helpful. Assett to the company.

Excellent customer service my son felt ill the staff all rushed to get him some water and a seat stayed with him till he felt better, also allowed our new puppy to come into shop with us in his puppy pushchair which is such a convenient modern thing to allow nowadays. Got everything we needed. Customer service is so important but ignored in the UK so its so nice when you go into a store with friendly helpful accommodating staff Thanks again

Martin or Matthew saved my bbq party this weekend called the store as was missing a part to my hot tub he helped straight away and was polite ! I had no idea what I was doing .. thanks to him the party will go on

Hi I bought a mower and a strimmer from worksop B and Q. I am autistic and I have adhd dyslexia and dyspraxia. I live alone I can put some things together but the instructions for both equipment were difficult to follow as a person with learning difficulties. I went into the store on saturday and had help from one staff member who put the strimmer together for me. I had to go back into the store to ask for further help with my lawn mower. I had further help from a chap called Josh and his colleague who helped me by putting the lawn mower together. I did have a go but I thought I had parts missing. I could not recognise the parts to the pictures in the diagram. All staff showed patience and understanding when I asked for help. It is so important to someone like me with mild learning difficulties, I struggle a lot. It is not easy asking for help and I make mistakes. For the gentleman who told me on the saturday at customer services " You should be able to work it out the diagram is straight forward " or words to similiar effect I replied "I understand it may be easy for you but it is like reading japanese to me" I found you helpful with getting support and calling up other staff members to help me. I would just ask for consideration when making remarks like that and assumptions (we all do it, I do it too) It is like me expecting you to do my job in mental health with no knowledge and going out to treat mental health patients with no training.There are also different ways of learning and not everyone can follow diagrams with no one to ask what to do. I learn better when I am shown in person and talked through instructions. It is small constructive feedback and not criticism. I appreciate B and Q staff members cannot always put things together all the time. The customer service is exemplery during busy times and no question is left unanswered. I have visited a few times during my move to this new area.

The parking spaces are spacious to accommodate more than 50 cars at a time. Best products availability and well arranged and good display arrangements. Customer service nothing more attractive but no need of assistance but we can find our needs just by walk around the show room. Prices may be high because the products we can trust

I would like to give good credits for shopflow staffs but not near to the checkout area. Greeting is the most important for customer service.

Friendly staff, lovely greeting as I walked in. Member of staff at the door wore a mask, gave me a warm welcome and offered me a real Christmas tree for free!!!
Asked him where I could find what I needed, he directed me perfectly. I found what I wanted, when I got to the checkout a lady staff member called me over to her till, served me promptly and again in a friendly manner and I was in my way.
In and out, spot on!

Had bought a wrong item earlier on in the week and needed to change for correct item. Went back without a receipt a bit worried. Assistant called Linda helped me sort it with my post code, great customer service will come again the next time I need something. Very impressed.

Really enjoy going to BnQ have a good look around come away with more than intended. Got a really good well made nuts and bolts odd bod storage box £3:80 lots of compartments, I should have brought the 10 pack of 15mm elbow and 10 coupling copper fittings bag, came home and looked on Amazon and BnQ is £10:20 for 10 in each bag. Amazon £7:50 for 5 pieces, Why can't people do things in even numbers going back this afternoon get both bags of (10) never know when going to need, like to keep Man Cave stocked up. BnQ had a Black and Decker drill cordless £50 but been reading reviews and it's by all accounts Naff. So going to look at the Bosch around £70 including the battery same as Amazon but get to actually feel the drill and bring away and play. Must admit BnQ pick & mix screws are expensive. Much better price from a high street store I've mentioned Amazon so maybe ok to say Wilko. Talking of plumbing parts BnQ PTFE tape is 47p for 12 mtrs that's really good so got 2 packs. Pleased to see they have sawn and smooth wood lengths back in stock, I like to build bird houses, 2x1" is really good value for 1'8 metre £21:89 for 8 lengths, again can bring away, on eBay need to wait a week or so, similar price.. must admit eBay is very good for reclaimed wood.. sadly BnQ doesn't have.

I have used B&Q Worksop for a long time now and mostly found the staff to be helpful. Yesterday was my first experience of their Click and collect system and I am pleased to report that it worked really well.

When I got to the till the assistant remembered putting my order together, checked my order number and I'd, wheeled over a trolly with my items in and thanked me for my order. I was in and out in a couple of minutes.

Easy to walk between aisles when I visited as it was very quiet. Even only one person at checkout there was no queue. Other staff busy arranging Christmas stock.
