Great value for money and excellent customer service. The products are high quality and fit perfectly well. They offer a variety of styles tailored to all shapes and sizes. I would recommend dry cleaning products, this will keep them looking new. I had an issue with an item that was resolved without complications.

I learned about “Tirrit” by ordering shirts from the other side of the pond—truly high quality. I intend to visit these folks on every trip to London. Fantastic customer service. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the team who straight away jumped on trying to help me get a suit for an event in 4 days time.

They took me through a few different choices and found one that felt & looked great but also needed minimal tailoring to ensure I’d be able to get it before the event. I just needed to have some work done on the trousers which the team ensured would be ready for me in 2 days time by 2pm. Just like that, I got the call and they were ready to be collected exactly when promised.

Bought a few shirts from them recently. The girl that assisted me with my purchase was very polite and professional. After purchasing the shirts, I found some of them didn't fit me very well. So I returned them. The store manager was very helpful and the return process was hassle-free.

Their non-iron is also the only actual non-iron fabric I've found compared to others who are more like easy-iron.

Great shirts, great price. They always look after you. Better than TM Lewin in my opinion. Go for non iron shirts, you'll get 50+ washes out of them before you need to iron.

Very skilled, serviceminded personell that do everything they can to help you. Great warranties if you happens to get wrong size or something. Great shoes, don't miss out on that. A small shop, but they happily bring in anything from the Charles Tyrwitt storage to next day.
