Lovely family, the selection of geek bars (disposable vapes) are insane, really sad to see such negative and petty reviews made by others! If you have been to this shop, you’ll know the staff are all very friendly and will bend over backwards to help others especially through this pandemic, never once purchased an out of date item in all the years I’ve shopped here! Recommend the Rustlers bacon cheese burger, a large red bull and a guava ice geek bar lol 💯🤙🏻

Has loads of good deals and most of the stuff is a lot cheaper than cost cutter they sell nice smelly candles as well all different light bulbs that u can't get in the other shops close

Limited choice of groceries in case of an emergency. Opens long hours and a great place to get your newspaper.

Brought a drink from their today . Was out of date could tell once I opened it and checked. Normally a great shop hoping it's just a mistake

Really poor and concerning package handling. I have dropped 2 packages from northface in 2 occasions and they did not hand it over to courier. In both occasions the last tracking was dropped in store. They claim that courier has collected but courier stating no package in store. It is concerning that this has happned twice with pretty expensive content. Make sure you have full insurance and take photos when dropping any packages. Or chose another store.

Since changing owners they now charge over the price marked on the goods. This has happened on 6 separate occasions on various items including ice (£1.79 instead of £1.25) and various cat and dog foods. This is illegal and has been reported. 30 years of good service from the previous owners ruined in 3 months. I never thought I'd say this but go over to Tesco, they are cheaper and have more range.

EDIT: The window wasn't broken. The signs are up on the door and should be honoured. Regardless of what the item scans at, you can only charge what's on the item. At least now though they have admitted that they've overcharged people.

Awful experience! Went to collect a parcel and the man behind the till just said no and refused to look for me not impressed! Now I’m out of pocket and no parcel, seller won’t give me a refund as her courier has proof it was delivered! Thanks for nothing

Wouldn't even give one star! Just bitten into a bagel bought from here yesterday, and it tasted like off milk! They were a week out of date, forgot to check. Glad I had one before my son. This store has been selling out of date food for years, I've lived locally for years, and they've been getting away with it for a long time. They have the cheek to sell it full price as well! Community shop is a joke! Treating the very people who keep this dump open like this, people who only use this shop because there's nowhere else (locally) Maybe the scam is, they make you ill then sell you ibuprofen etc thats 3 times the price as identical items in the poundshop 🤔 We should stop lining their grubby little pockets!

Very rude obnoxious and incredibly HOSTILE 11yrs "nasty looks,.gossiping,snide rude comments,. NEVER once replied "HELLO back to me nor even SMILED ONCE! or my children since living in SHIT "so called "community"lmao also spiteful & GOSSIP about "less fortunate. also NOT very GOOD at keeping thier word. discrimination"springs to mind,. btw,.my family are all christians,.including the ones mainly children that have been ABUSED TARGETED and DAMAGED by VICTIMIZATION.
