Fantastic play area for the dogs & lovely staff. Cafe is really nice as well. The dog group really helped bring our dog out of his shell. It's so great to see all different breeds playing happily & safely together.

First visit there today. What a delightful find, staff, customers all incredibly friendly polite and welcoming. Worth the drive. Bonus, the on site cafe food and sweets great sizes and delicious. Will return on our next visit with our 2x Great Danes. Thank you x

The best! Fantastic range of products, lovely staff and really competitive pricing (several items cheaper here than anywhere online). Super dog friendly, our Labrador loves coming with us to pick up some treats and get some fuss from the staff. Good pet shops are few and far between these days, we are so lucky to have this absolute gem on our doorstep 🥰 can’t recommend highly enough!

Friendly and attentive staff. Plenty of parking spaces and loads of room within shop to move around with your dog. Well worth a look.

Cute pet store with a spacious cafe, really yummy spinach, sweet potato and cheese pasty, lovely helpful staff, large variety of pet treats.

There’s a dog wash too, which seems really popular! Perfect place to be on a rainy day with your little doggies and friends, I’ve only been once, but I’d definitely go again!

Fantastic very friendly staff when we visited on Sunday 20th March. Loved it so much we called back on Tuesday and purchased a dog crate. They also have a lovely cafe where you can take your dog with you . Also lots of great dog friendly foods, that I was going to order until told that they were for dogs and would I like something from the other menu. Lovely tasty food and well presented. Great atmosphere all round. 5 stars.

Five star customer service. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable about their entire product line and don’t try and upsell you on anything. Cafe inside that is dog friendly too.

What a great place, lovely wide spaced store with lovely little Cafe inside the store. Helpful and polite staff and you can bring you pets along too, well not sure about a pony but dogs are okay and the Cafe has a menu for dogs too! Worth a trip even if you only go once!

Don't know how many times we have gone past this place without noticing it, but yesterday we went in. They have a huge range of Dog and Cat food, treats, toys, beds, anything your furry companions need. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful. There is also a Doggy Wash which looks really good. Will definitely go back.

I love this store and not just because it is conveniently right on my doorstep.

I have 4 dogs and 2 cats, all of them have different nutritional needs. The staff at the store are so friendly and knowledgeable and have advised us on the best foods to buy based on their individual needs.

The variety of goods on sale is great too with animal themed houseware and ornaments. The in store automatic dog wash is convenient for muddy paws and the onside cafe means customers can enjoy a cuppa with their 4 legged members of the family.

It is obvious that an animal lover has sat down and given a great deal of thought about what they would like to see in a local pet store and has set about providing it for their customers. They have more than succeeded.

I love this store. It caters for all my pets even my spider! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and the cafe is lovely. The cafe caters for dogs too so when we have a drink and a cake - so do the dogs (special dog friendly cakes and ice cream) it's just a lovely place to visit.

Our Doberman pup had a fantastic time at a doberman and rottie meet here yesterday, it was great, we met alot of other owners with there dogs and pups too. Hope to do it again soon. Thank you

Recently moved to the area and this was the first pet shop we went to, they now have a customer for life. Their customer service is impeccable, the most friendly staff not only to me but my dog LOVES it in there! He loves that fact that he can pick out his own selection of treats and gets plenty of attention.

Huge selection of accessories with very knowledgeable staff at hand to help make the right decision.

This also has a self serve dog wash facility oh and I forgot, human clothing too to make sure you stay safe and warm on your walks or horse riding.
