Good fresh food. Good choice and prices. Friendly helpful staff.

Very busy in the run up to Christmas but friendly staff and great availability of products.

Was helped by a store assistant today called Angelina. She went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted in store. Well done and many thanks.

You can get some pretty good deals on the clubcard offers.

Would like to give a shout out to a staff member called Paul who was on tils Friday 28th April. He went back and fourth for us multiple times as we kept finding security tags on clothing items. Had a laugh about it all with us and remained patient, kind and helpful.

Would like to give a shoutout to Thom, I couldn’t find paneer on the aisle , since I was going on a vacation the next day , it was really important for me. Though he was on his break, still paused for my sake and picked up paneer from the back stock . Very friendly and helpful

After fourteen years of being locked up, I was released into modern civilization. A lot had changed around Chester but I felt at home knowing the Tesco's Superstore was still around.
A little lost, with people constantly trapped into their phones, I couldn't locate someone to help me. I was looking for my favourite drink, Sunny D.

That's when big A arrived, he offered a helping hand and consoled me as I became upset when I realised the product was discontinued. Overwhelmed with emotion, he went out of his way to show me the meal deal selection. In fact, he was so helpful, he purchased me lunch. This was such a fantastic act of kindness, I wish I could repay him.

He was a very helpful tall young man. Thanks Tesco!

I was drinking tonight and one of the workers he told me, John. He made sure I was safe and got home okay. I really appreciate that he helped me and I’d love for him to respond, great customer service!

Love this store. Recently changed their parking system - now a little more complicated but always a good busy store. They have new scan as you shop which is cool as they combined self serve with it!
Really like this store, one of my favorites

This was my main supermarket during my stay in Chester. I haven't had any issues with products and the staff are very helpful. It is also very well placed in the centre of the city just outside of the Rows. Well worth checking out!

My partner had a bad turn this morning in your store I'd like to thank claire an also Dave her dad who got to Keith first. I'd also like to thank the two first aiders an the assistant manager too! Thankyou so much for what you did this morning for him an myself you really are a credit to that store super fast action from yourselves!!!!

I do like this Tesco and use it a lot I just wish they would allow dogs.
