Fantastic service and super helpful.
Had to return a damaged fire surround so spoke to “Cath” the checkout manager who was thoroughly professional and super helpful.
She contacted other stores, found my fire at Bury store and arranged for someone to meet me with a replacement item.

Trafford B&Q is quite big. You can find everything you need for your DIY project. There are plenty of parking bays available.

This B&Q has a good selection of products and the plant section is 10/10. The manager delivers outstanding customer service, and promptly resolves any issues regarding products/purchases.

I visited this store to use Key making machine. It was very easy & quick process to make duplicate keys. It was £7 for first key, £14 for two keys & 3rd key was free.

Just went for plants, came away with lots of bargains. They really look after the garden centre, regular watering, etc. Only supermarket which offers healthy plants, unlike the sorry specimens you find elsewhere.

Probably one of the only B&Qs where I am confident I'll get everything I want. I come quite a lot to stores in the group and it's never more frustrating when you can't find what you need. Usually I end up at this one. Staff are pretty good too and the layout is a bit better. Thanks!

Dave was fantastic. He helped me measure my panelling (I had no idea!) and cut it all to size for me. He gave me advice on what to do and told me what other decorative tools I’d need to make it seamless. What a lovely, helpful, genuine man.

Absolutely fantastic experience every member of staff we encountered was helpful and friendly - from the security guard to the lady on the checkout.

Went to B&Q for a bathroom suite had such a lovely experience. The staff were in overdrive to help us.

This review is purely aimed at Jon - he was there for us when we came in to find out how to make a makeshift shower for my elderly mother in law who’s shower cubicle packed in - so we decided to rig up a DIY shower from the bathroom sink tap!

Jon was absolutely super - he suggested this, that and the other and he was very helpful with his stanley knife to deconstruct our measly temporary shower hose and head..
We’d have been stuck without him - the world needs more heroes like Jon!
