Asda Trafford Park

Got great service from Nick at the petrol station today. Then when i got home realised i had lost my purse. When i drove back Nick had handed it in which I was incredibly grateful for especially as it contained quite a lot of cash along with my cards. I wanted to give him a reward but he advised me this wasn't allowed. So I just wanted to say a huge thanks to him and the team for saving the day.

Came today and was struggling to find some puff pastry, The member of staff who helped me was an older gentleman called Mike. He even went as far as checking in the back to see if you had any of the item I requested.
This staff member had impeccable customer service and a great asset to your team.

Very big Asda store. Lots of free parking and a vast amount of choice inside. It has an upstairs and a McDonald's, toilet, dry cleaning, keys cut, clothes, toys, books, TV's, you name it. Can get very busy at times, especially with the Trafford centre across the road. Tills can get get packed out, but they have tills upstairs if you are just going in for a few bits.

Wonderful, clean store with a varied selection of goods in the world food aisle.

I took very Ill on Friday 7th July 2023 and a very nice and helpful lady called Sylvia and a lovely young man called Aaron looked after me until my daughter came and took me home. I just want to say thank you guys. Lots of love xx

Big place to shop and do groceries. Good prices.

Nice open space, clothes and home is on 2nd floor, also has lift.

Donated a tenner to a poor woman who said she'd lost all her Christmas money. Don't usually do that kinda thing but I found over a grand in a bag in the carpark. Its nice to be able to pay it forward.

Great place to buy almost anything for the house and family.

This is far my favourite asda store to visit, layout is good so you can find all the things your after, there is a pharmacy, opticians, money sending service and mcdonald's. One thing I like about this particular store is the frequent sales they have so you can always grab your self a bargain. It would be amazing if they had a halal butcher section but at the moment they have a freezer section and some halal meat options in the chiller area which is nice if you want to stock up on bits. Plenty of child and parent spaces, plenty of trollies. The upstairs does get alittle warm when shopping, would be nice if they had a AC or regulate the temperature. I use to shop here for my weekly shop but unfortunately the price has been raising and it has come to a point, where I am unable to carry on my shopping with asda as a regular shopper. I used the delivery service when I was in Blackpool it was convenient and fast however alot of the items where not stocked but I was given a alternative options, was easy to cancel options after receiving the shop and easy refund option for products I wasn't satisfied with.

A really good huge store comprising 2 levels - upstairs being homewares, clothing etc.
The store is well laid out and always well stocked, the car park can get a little busy sometimes but that's to be expected of any large store I guess and the tills comprise of a lot of self serve ones but they are small complaints.
Staff are helpful when approached and overall I usually have a good shopping experience in this store.

Favourite supermarket to go to! Lovely staff, clean and organised store with lots of variety. Ladies working in the scan and go section are always lovely. I genuinely enjoy doing my weekly ship here💛

I'm a regular client and do my shopping here on a weekly basis. The vegetables and fish are good quality and fresh. ASDA own brand is okay but if you stick to their premium brand the quality is quite high making it good value for money. Store is big and can get busy on weekends

The clothes are always well priced. And the pyjamas are fabulous I live them. X

UPDATE 25.4.23: In the last 2wks have been assisted twice by gentlemen named 'Pat', each time @ fruit & veg, SO helpful, smiley & informative- Great Customer Service- my 1* earlier review, went up to 5* due to Pat*********.
Bought container of peaches 15.6.19 with sell buy date of 18.6.19. Ate one when I arrived home. Went to eat one yesterday 18th & the rest were TOTALLY 'furry'! Took them back today 11.30a.m. the assistant looked @ me ( no acknowledgement, no greeting,no smile- nothing) & said 'have you eaten any'? Told her 'yes,one' ( after all that was the whole idea of buying them!) I told her I didn't want a refund,that it could be taken off what I was going to purchase. She looked @ the price 79p & said,'for that price you may as well get another lot', Told her I didn't want anymore (in case I had the same problem). Without ANY apology, she just slapped the 79p on the counter, once again, no apology- nothing. 79p IS a small amount, but I thought that Asda should be made aware how qhickly they go 'off'. Perhaps she needs someone to explainto her the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Excellent supermarket and have been shopping there for about 25 years. They always have really pleasant helpful staff.
