Went into the shop to switch my phone over to the latest Iphone and they were super accomodating and friendly. Rag n bone man and the guy from prince of bel air.. you know what I mean haha! All very friendly and helpful

Excellent service received in store today, very knowledgeable on the products which helped us newbies to technology. Unfortunately the store stock levels meant we couldn't complete a purchase but none the less Timothy and Tawsif were very helpful and full of valuable advice until the very end. Thank you

Assitant was amazingly helpful and patient whilst i was trying to end my previous contract and start a new one. Also no pressure or pushing to add on extras or go for a higher plan which i had expected so was a nice surprise.

Great staff in this shop always willing to help and dont rush through the process being friendly throughout i will certainly remain an O2 customer if nothing but the service this store provides. but i find that o2 do some great deals both on offers and contracts and with their new function of being able to customise your contract it really makes it easy to choose what suits best.
