Love this place for a little breakfast time💕

Great store which is always very well stocked.
I always go self service but the staff I encounter are always very kind and chatty.
I love M&S for the quality and variety of food they provide.
Exiting the car park is quite honestly a joke. Some days I avoid shopping here just to avoid the distress of trying to get out.
However, the store is brilliant.

Stopped at cafe and the lady Elizabeth was very kind. We were waiting for a sick dog and although she was closing she didn't rush us at all - thank you!

Last Saturday my partner and I visited the Foodhall, we were staying locally on holiday, deciding to have a summer supper we were searching for everything for our picnic supper. Thank
A wonderful member of staff heard us searching for cutlery and immediately came to our aid, her name was Alexia (apologies for wrong spelling)
Alexa just went the extra mile assisting us with all our needs from wine to plates, cutlery, ice and a cold bag! As I did not have a Sparks card with me, she helped me locate it online so we could check for offers!
It goes without that our M@S food was superb and matched by the excellent service provided by Alexia!

We had a lovely shopping experience today and were served by the wonderful Tracy who was so friendly, it brightened our day! She is a credit to the team.

We wanted to use the deli food to cater our wedding but products were not available to order online. We went in the speak to the lovely manager who arranged for the food we wanted to be ready to collect the day before our wedding! They made it so easy for us and made sure that they had the quantities we needed so no last minute panics. Absolutely fantastic service!

We stayed in the area for a few days. Needed some groceries, so we came here to M&S.
We always enjoy the quality of their products. Fair prices as well. Bought some water (hot summer day), milk, scones, clotted cream, some veggies, sparkling wine and white wine, cheese, cookies and steaks.
We were happy with all the items. The steaks are very nice here, a bit more expensive than other chains. But better! The M&S pink Prosecco is also a very good value.

And then there are the Donuts - called Yumnuts. First time we've had them - and then always came back for more. Here and at some other branches throughout the UK. Love them! Better than Dunkin' Donuts, better than Krispy Kreme. Simply: the best Donuts we know. Our favourites are the Raspberry Royale and the Billionaire's.

Friendly staff, plenty of free parking, great products. Really enjoyed our shopping here.

A great place for a drink and a snack. I had a tuna melt and a coffee with a chai syrup. They were confused by my coffee order but very happy to oblige. Very friendly staff and overall a great place to come with my nanny.

The manager of this shop noticed that I was recording information about the products [which there is nothing wrong with doing if you have not been asked not to]. Rather than being aggressive towards me and making me feel like a terrible person, he politely made me aware that it is always noticeable if someone is making notes or taking photos. So I feel that this shop deserves a decent rating for being civil to all of its visitors.

Always a pleasure to visit the local M&S Foodhall. There's an excellent variety of food items, including a delicious deli counter and freshly baked goods.

I tend to prefer to visit in the evening as Portfield retail park can be very busy. You also get the bonus of some ridiculously cheap reduced items if you time it right. Loaf of fancy bread for 10p? You got it.

One of the things to look out for in the store are the meal deals that they offer for couples. There is nearly always a meal deal that includes a couple of mains and sides, plus a drink for around £10. Excellent value and great quality food.

Prices are a little on the high side, if you compare them to the other local food stores within shouting distance - but everyone deserves a treat now and then!

Good parking and well stocked, preferable to going to the highstreet if you're just doing a food shop. Very helpful, friendly staff. Great coffee shop (now open again) for a weekend morning.

Great quality. Proper british Products. Some a still at freshbest and r reduced at ridiculously low prices every evening before they close. The Bakery is fab.
Their Gluten free fruitcake is my favourite! Xmas and birthday cakes are delicious. The staff are very helpful and aim to deliver a friendly and great service.

Always love M&S experience, reasonably priced quality food. Staff are in a different league of professionalism. More shops need to adopt the M&S way. Food shopping pleasurable experience. Good. Clean. Well stocked. Helpful staff. Shopped for 4 days in 15 mins. People there shopping but I just whizzed around and got some items for me and for a friend's household.

Nothing like an M&S Foodhall, just by luck I went in and they were starting to reduce items, most excellent for sure.
Always dependable, attentive staff, always very helpful and courteous.
Any product M&S sell is above and beyond.

It is one of the best M&S foodhall's I know. The Bognor Regis doesn't always have the things I want. The food hall in Chichester is so crowded and the isles are so slim.
The Portsfield one is excellent. The staff are very nice and helpful. They are quick to be of service. There is space even when there are quite a few people in the shop. A bonus is the coffee shop but it is an extremely well laid out, nice staff and easy to get around. Thank you to everyone who works there. Their service is very much appreciated.

Although I had £38 vouchers to use, only £33 was credited to in error. This was checked very pleasantly and the £5 refunded immediately. Excellent outcome and in teased my faith in M&S.

Christmas Eve in a food store! What could possibly go wrong......? In fact it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Quick sourcing of turkey, the trimmings and range of puddings. Good effort Christmas crew for keeping tempers calm and being joyful whilst working so hard.
