Tesco Express

Went in this morning to hand in some parcels to send off, Ally/Alli was working in the post office (Freshbrook) and she was an absolute joy to be served by, she was very well versed with information and talked me through the process on sending the parcels off and the different varieties I could choose to send with eg, 1st class, 2nd etc. I am writing this review because she has absolutely made my day and sky rocketed my confidence for my new business I started all at the same time as doing her job and going the extra mile. (Thank you, you were an absolute star and I hope you get the recognition you deserve!)

Great little shop, ignore certain people’s comments about post office, staff are entitled to a lunch break.
Staff have always been helpful and polite.

I looked for another "express" store after becoming totally fed up with the chaos and stress in my nearest store in Wootton Bassett. I walk the dog at lydiard park most days so fresh took isn't really out of my way and thought I'd give it a try. Nice roomy store with good range including fresh bread and pastries. Slightly more expensive than my closer store in Wootton Bassett but worth every penny due to being generally better all round. Plenty of parking and even when a gang of people came in from a wedding there was no stress or fuss. The security gentleman on the door is an absolute joy. Worth visiting just to have him brighten your day. Bonus points to him.

Always a friendly service and have been going there for years. It's convenient and quick turn over of customers without long queues

Really handy little post office counter with very little time queueing as they open both counters.

George is a fantastic represrntivet for tesco . She was very helpful funny and polite .

Great cafe good cook breakfasts
