I contacted this company for a shuttle ride to Guatemala City from Pana. They were responsive and were able to schedule a pick up for the very next day. To our pleasant surprise we got lucky enough to go in a private car vs a shuttle. The car was clean and the driver was punctual and very nice. Will definitely be using Casa Alegre Tours in the future.

Excellent service! I took 5 shuttles with this company and everything was perfect. The drivers are professional and skilled, the vehicles are in great condition and the service over phone/chat is fast and helpful.

Fair pricing as compared to some competitors. Great service with a smile and connection through to ferry and a tour guide for the Indian nose hike. Reasonable prices for the shuttle transfers as well. Always reachable through WhatsApp. Will return emergency number messages within an hour. Would recommend this tour operator

Highly recommended. They arranged for us a 10-day transportation from Flores to Guatemala City (through Semuc Champey, Chichicastenango, Lake Atitlan and Antigua). When we faced a slight issue they immediately resolved it for us and kept us fully up to date all the time regarding the itinerary. They also helped us add more stops/activities by suggesting ideas, which really added to our overall trip experience. Ingrid and the team did a fantastic job!

This is a good place. The owner, Patricia, is a very nice woman. The apartments are spacious and immaculate and there is attention to detail. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. It is centrally located. Good place to stay in Pana.

Very accessible by email and knowledgeable about the different options to travel around Guatemala. They will take the time to answer any of your questions! Great service.

Tome el tour de el lago para visitar santiago, san pedro y san juan. El guía llegó muy puntual pero el lanchero se retraso unos minutos. El tour fue muy bonito y valió la pena. Visitamos a las mujeres que tejen y aprendimos de su trabajo. También visitamos una tienda de chocolate y aprendimos del proceso. Los pueblos son muy hermosos

Buen servicio, llegada a tiempo, asientos cómodos, llegada al lugar de destino en tiempo, son Pets Friendly, cualquier duda la resuelven. No tengan miedo de preguntar.
