Bella Luna Beach House Roatan

Our vacation to Roatan (Bella Luna Rental) was shut down weeks prior our arrival due to Covid, however over the next 3 years, Liz and her team honoured our reservation, to make it a reality in 2023. The team was very flexible, responsive to our questions, and easy to work with. The property is ideally located, with plenty of food options, entertainment, and the beach is at your doorstep. We found the property exactly as advertised, clean, in great working order, and it had a fully operational kitchen if you wish to cook your meals. That’s said you will need ALL the required items to do so, as we were only supplied salt and pepper.

Liz and the team arranged a roundtrip shuttle for my family from the airport which was extremely helpful. You do not need a rental car, as there are plenty of land and water taxi’s available in the immediate area to take you in all directions.

The property is a short 50-minute walk from the tourist trap of West End, which my family enjoyed the pub crawl, and stopping to swim and snorkel at various spots, while making our way home (Mermaid = Sea Horses).

I would not hesitate to stay here again.

What is there not to love about this perfect house in the most perfect of locations. My husband and I just returned after renting the entire house with two other couples this past week. The décor and furnishings were gorgeous. The upstairs balcony/pool area is a perfect retreat where you can enjoy a dip in the pool or cook in their outdoor kitchen area. However with such an amazing beach just right outside our door, we spent the majority of our time downstairs either on the beach or snorkeling the reef. Never before have we ever stayed in a more ideal location. This is definitely going to be a destination we come to for many years to come. The locals are friendly and the beach is beautifully kept. The house is immaculately maintained and Pedro works daily to make certain it stays that way. You will not be disappointed with this rental. A perfect hidden gem in the most perfect of beaches.

I absolutely love how this home is tucked away and private yet right on half moon bay. I was amazed when I first saw it, and I never noticed walking by. One of the best locations in west end.

Waiter wrote down our orders but never entered them in; when we asked for food he got aggressive And said we didn’t order anything. when we asked to see what he wrote down, he showed us we had. Then Challenged a few patrons on what they ordered, even though bartenders agreed with guests, weirdly aggressive for service establishment.
Great environment for beach and pool access, drinks were great otherwise.
