Fosters West Bay Resort, Roatan

Gave rooms 3 stars only because we were only there for the beach one day and didn't spend the night, we were with a cruise. Food was awesome and so was the beach!

Food was awesome..at least what I got best lobster in my life and slaw was to die for and salad was crisp. My frozen daiquiri was only $10... and lobster was $28..
Great pricing BUT they get you. They add 10% gratuity and a 30% tax. I always tip 20%+ for service...our bill for both was originally $50ish and they totaled it up over $70... wth? I had already given the waitress a 20% cash tip and then realized it was on the crazy total so she got over 30% tip-- oh hell no but not to be petty I asked for part of my tip back...I work just as hard for my money and even though I'm American don't try to screw me. They did that to 2 other groups and one had nerve to ask where is their tip because what he got was not enough and he brought food out to them on beach and he expected more because the 10% was for the cooks...smh..neither of the parties were happy and one was from dominion republic...we will not be going back on next cruise....smh

Mr. Foster and his team were very hospitable. Beautiful beach and happy atmosphere.

We stayed somewhere else on West Bay but had dinner here one night. Service by Eddie was 5 star. He was so kind and friendly. The drinks were well poured and very good. The special was lobster and it was delicious! We already plan on making another visit here during our stay on the island!!

didn’t actually stay here, excursion brought us here for a few hours, yeah it’s in between some boats so some noise but the overall vibe is great and the beach is amazing! annie’s cafe next door has the best hot sauce i’ve ever had. you have to try it!!

The people here are amazing. My fiance lost her passport and the whole staff, including the owner Mr. Fosters and his grandson Corey, banded together to help us find it. Even the cab driver helped!

We stayed in a cabana that overlooked the whole bay and spent a couple of amazing sunset hours hanging out up there in the hammock.

Lala's bar on the property has karaoke nightly, and the locals like to hang out there if you're trying to get to know the island. Cheep beer and good food.

Thanks Fosters family for making us feel welcomed, and dare I say loved!

Spent a day here when on a shore excursion. Awesome live music. Great atmosphere.

The office manager is so nice, great attitude! Rooms were well kept, room service everyday, ac and smart tvs which are great if you have kids bcuz it offered netflix to keep them entertained. It's right on the water. The Cafe has great coffee and food. It's definitely a must. Can't wait to go back! Thanks everyone for the wonderful experience!

This family run business is excellent! We enjoyed our stay on this island paradise and one of the main reasons was this on-the-beach resort. Not the fanciest but also not expensive.

One of my choice hotels in West Bay. The owners are super sweet and willing to help at all times. Breakfast in here is reeeaally good and tasty. Rooms and Villas are pretty nice and fully equiped (mini fridge, blow dryer, and many other amenities). One of the thinks I like most is the location, the beach isnt crowded compared to the other neighbor hotels

I stayed at Fosters for a week. After a mix up with my room I was upgraded to a nicer room and free breakfast. The staff was wonderful and I was treated like a queen. Mr. Foster was so accommodating and made sure I wanted for nothing. The rooms are very eclectic and cleaned every day. I was on the first floor and next time I will stay on the second floor to take advantage of the beautiful views and to avoid beach vendors. Will definitely choose Fosters for my next visit.

Very relaxing beach location but when it comes at the cruise crowds it could be busy sometimes. Shady treed area to enjoy when you want a break from the sun. At the end of the beach strip so a bit quieter than further down. Everything is very accessible. Definitely the best Beach area on the island. Shallow calm and clean water. Can get to the reef right off the beach. There are plenty of boats to rent for a snorkelling session for an accessible to a little bit pricey amount but the sea is very nice and worth the investment.

Had a wonderful afternoon at the restaurant our waiter Alexi was super sweet and made sure we were taken care of. The swing seating in front gave the area a relaxed yet whimsical feel. Even though we weren't able to go back to the restaurant again this evening we plan to go back for their happy hour tomorrow!

Deluxe Beach Front room was spacious and clean with a huge balcony. The restaurant service was excellent. Eddie took such good care of me and my travel companion. I can't wait to go back!

We stayed at Fosters for a week, we really love it, when we came that Sunday we got our room. close to the main entrance, when we went to finish our reservation we asked for a better room closer to the beach, Mr. Foster was really nice and kind to help us right away to move us to close the beach without no doubt really appreciate his help, my daughter love it being close to the beach.
Will definitely choose Fosters for my next visit.

Went here for the day from the cruise ship with my wife and 2 travel companions at the recommendation from D. Connor ,the shuttle driver. Was an excellent choice. Much less crowed than the other parts of West Bay. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and shade along with WiFi and a "welcome drink" for $10/pp. About a 15 to 20 minute drive from port.Very Accommodating!Will go here on our next stop in Roatan.

I stayed there by 5 days for work, I loved the place, has a very nice location since is in one the best spots of the island (West Bay), the people is very nice, they give you discounts on tours just for staying there. There’s a couple I liked one takes you on the Bottom Glass Boat it lasts for about an hour and a half, but it worths the ride (see the pictures), Am I going to stay there again, definitely yes 👍🏻

Nice resort and well worth the $10 per person fee to use their private section of beach at the West End Beach. Gives access to clean bathrooms, beach chairs and wifi. Service we recieved from Eddy was excellent, drinks and food was very good and the price was very reasonable. The ceviche was some of the best ever had, mojitos were very large, well poured and tasty.
