We stayed a week in U2, it was perfect. This room features a small pool, gorgeous deck with location near one of the two large hot tubs.
The location of the hotel is right on the beach and every detail has been thought out to perfection. The staff were accommodating and friendly!! The rooms are quiet, spacious and the bedding is luxurious. Can’t wait to stay there again.

This place is AMAZING. How they managed to pull off this luxury on Roatan I will never understand. Every detail is accounted for. The service is absolutely top notch. The food is truly amazing. The beach is pristine. The decor utilizes some amazing pieces of studio art. All of the best touches are present at this 5-star resort.

My experience at Ibagari was 10/10. My entire family recently stayed at Ibagari for a family wedding and from the very start, we felt at home. From the beautiful, luxurious decor, to the amazing food served at the restaurant, to the most phenomenal customer service that started from the parking lot all the way to our room. We all were treated with the up most care. One thing that stuck out to me was that they greeted us by name every time we interacted with them. During the wedding, they allowed us to enjoy ourselves, while also keeping an eye out for our safety and security. Three individuals who stuck out during our stay were Ruth, Marvin, and Ronald. Every interaction with them was pleasant, they truly felt like family. Ibagari boutique hotel is one of the top places to stay while visiting Roatan. You'll never want to experience another place! They are simply the best! Can't wait to see them again in the future!

As a resident, I have only eaten here and gone to a couple of weddings, but you will love the atmosphere and elegance of the place. In a third world country they give you first class service. One of the must visit restaurants on the west side.

We had an exceptional stay at Ibagari Hotel in October - every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms are spacious, modern and offer stunning views from the balcony. The onsite restaurant, Luna is a true gem, we ate there every night! Be sure to try the brunch menu on Sundays!

I have so many wonderful things to say about this place; it’s hard to put into words. My friend and I stayed in the two-bedroom villa. From the moment we were dropped off, we experienced nothing but kindness, over the top attention and beautiful experiences. Everyone here provided 200% effort to make our stay unforgettable.

The two Luis’s and Ronald accommodated our every need. Kianny, Ramon, Eric and Lisandro made every meal special, made us comfortable using the resort amenities and bent over backwards to ensure everything was perfect.

We took the mixology class our second night there. Jessy was our engaging and entertaining mixologist. The staff asked what our drink likes and dislikes were the day we arrived and it was conveyed to Jessy without error. If you ask for The Reflection drink, it was us that created it with Jessy! Take the class if you’re here!

Dina and her crew kept our rooms spotless. The dive center was great. Axel made sure we had reservations for our dive the third day we were there. We did two dives on Sunday morning. Mia and Lucila dove with us. Both dives were beautiful. We saw a tortoise, box fish, snapper and so much more! I got sick after my second dive. Everyone was so attentive to me. They immediately called in a doctor to make sure I was okay. Luckily, all good and it was just a minor hiccup. Even the water taxi staff was great. Axelito took us into West End and returned as promised to take us back when we were done.

From the amazing, well-served plates of food, to the comfortable beds, to the beautifully designed aesthetics of the entire resort - it was all perfect. Exactly what I was looking for, and I promise you I will make this a regular return. One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed in (and I have been to many). Thank you to all of the staff. Not all were named above but I know there are many others behind the scenes and walking around who make this place special. Jessy told us how well the resort owners treat their staff and it shows in how they transfer that caring to the guest here. Book this place as soon as you can!

A little piece of paradise! Lovely stay at Ibagari, can’t wait to return. First time in Roatan, a good friend recommended Ibagari. They only had positive feedbacks and now that we experienced it ourselves, we can’t wait for to share our feedbacks. Best location on the island, relaxing and peaceful. The entire staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Boutique atmosphere with world class service. Perfect relaxing place great service, and healthy food, best choice if you want to escape from west bay beach.

We enjoyed the beautiful restaurant many times this winter for breakfast, dinner and sunset cocktails. Exquisite setting whether under the stars or in the open covered dining. The breakfasts were a piece of art work and delicious. Cocktails are delicious, beautiful and very imaginative.

The service is impeccable and friendly. Daniel and Allen always welcomed us with great smiles and made sure we were well taken care of.

Went there for dinner with my lady friend as they had amazing wine selection. Took us 30 min to choose a wine as we both love low sugar wines...we found one!
Food was great. They accommodated my vegan friend with a lovely veg pasta dish and i had the octopus.
Everything was fantastic.

A place such as the Ibagari may just have magic in the air. For the past five years, we (my family and friends) have visited Roatán annually and have become more and more enamored with this gem. We were initially attracted to Luna Muna Restaurant by its excellent food, vibes, flavors, and views. As we visited more often, we found ourselves making three-four hour lunches a frequent just to soak up the vibe a little bit more. Eventually, staying at the Ibagari increasingly longer every time, became a habit with each visit to the island. Clean, minimalistic, yet stunningly decorated with an amazing aroma and comfort, the rooms are stunning. During our most recent trip, we enjoyed a private plunge pool, patio area, and a secluded atmosphere in the two bedroom villa. Visiting this hotel and restaurant is a treat in itself due to the fine art and subtle touches that go into the decor and structure of the hotel itself. The attention to fine detail is exceptional and doesn’t go unnoticed. This resort embodies the essence of what a vacation should be. If you stay here, you will feel like you are on vacation. Whether it is the food, the location, the beach-front and pool experience, crisp linens, or the signature scent that the hotel has adapted, this place is pure magic which keeps us returning time and time again. A stay at this hotel or at least a meal at Luna Muna is an experience I cannot recommend enough. Visiting Ibagari is one of the most memorable Roatán experiences, uniquely beautiful each and every time.

We travel quite a bit and stay at hotels all over the world. I can honestly say that I was sad to be leaving Ibagari on Monday. The staff are outstanding, and they have done an excellent job with customer service and making sure that the guests feel at home, taken care of, catered to and looking forward to returning.

Axel was excellent in communication before our trip with getting everything set up for us, as well as reacting to requests while on site.
Michael & Joel were great Captains for both fishing and diving excursions. Love Joels energy.
Lucilla was an outstanding dive master. We have dove in so many places and let me tell you that you are blessed to have her on your team. She really listens and customizes the experience for the divers.

Restaurant & Bar
Kiarrny, Allen, Osman, Victor, Jessie, Eduardo, David & Ramon - I could write a paragraph about each of them. They were so accommodating and took care of us with smiles, suggestions each step of the way. Amazing job all around.

Front Desk
Luis and his team were so lovely from the moment we step on site. Always with the answer "let me look into that". Luis really set the tone for the culture of the Hotel and experience we were about to have.

We CANNOT wait to return. We feel like we have found a second home on Roatan and especially at Ibagari.

Ibagari Hotel is amazing! We stayed three nights and were thrilled with our stay! The highlight of our trip was going on a snorkeling trip with Michael, one of the guides with Duna Divers. Duna Divers is the dive service leaving from the hotel. Michael was an awesome guide who gave us a great tour of the island and then showed us the amazing reef that is right off the coast. We went to two different spots and were blown away by the beauty of the reef! Request Michael if you want to go on a snorkel trip while staying at the hotel.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms, food, service, sunset views, design, everything is on point! They even give you free bug spray for the darn sand flies so be sure to use it every 2 hours or they WILL eat you alive.
Axel is the manager of the dive shop and made sure we had the best dive experience. Clearly, best on the island!

My family and I stayed nearby this hotel and we came mostly here for breakfast and twice for dinner. The service was extravagant! The place is well organized and cleaned. Every morning we saw staff cleaning near the pool and beach. We decided to spend Christmas Eve here for dinner because the food is delicious. The staff was super nice and accommodated to our needs.

We had my birthday dinner at Muna Luna and couldn't be happier. Great food, perfect service. What you'd find at a great US establishment, except you're right on the water. Stunning views, pristine pools. Just gorgeous!

Our flight was cancelled and we decided to get a room at Ibagari, and it was the best decision we made. Sergio and Addis are the most welcoming and helpful manger/front desk staff. We were stuck for 4 days which was not normal for the island and everyday they would be checking the flights and letting us know what the airport status was. we did the cocktail class - where they come up with a new creation everyday, teach you how to make and then let you name it. my only issue was being eaten alive by bugs, they provide OFF! for the guests but i must be extra sensitive because my bites are still red and raised. Amazing service and staff, new our names day one. highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Roatan.

Complete perfection! My husband and I just left yesterday and we already can’t wait to get back! The service in all areas are like none other we’ve ever experienced! The chef is amazing… Highly recommend the chef dinner! The massages are some of the best we’ve had! Axel and Lucilla at the dive shop are phenomenal! We did our first discovery dive with them and I wouldn’t have made it through if Axel wasn’t there! We have found a new love in diving because of them…Now to get certified and come back to dive again! Never did we expect to make new friendships while in Roatan, but with a staff like Ibagari has, it is impossible not to! See you soon Ibagari friends!
