Villa Boulder

We were 2 families with children who get together every summer for 1 week. Usually, we rent a house/villa somewhere on the Croatian coast.

This was by far the best place we have stayed at.

We had a lot of plans for that week, and we literally left the house 3 times (not counting takeaway food and grocery shopping).

There was simply no need to go anywhere - we had everything necessary for a perfect vacation right in front of us.

Special regards to the owner (Josko) who did everything he could to answer any questions we had.

I've never been in a quieter place, and never been more satisfied with warm welcome and clensiness of the villa. Definitely place I will book again, for two weeks even. Villa is very private, but the beaches are near by, Trogir as well. Every recommendation!

We were seven adults and two kids visiting villa boulder in June. Our stay was amazing and we can't wait to go back.

The villa has everything you need, and the pool and outdoor kitchen will be where you spend most of your time.

There's just 200 meters walking distance to the beach. Definitely go to Labadusa beach (ten minutes by car) - truly beautiful with great reasturants as well.

The hosts are lovely! Really friendly and always making sure everything goes smoothly.

Magical experience! Highly recommended to book. The house is amazing and beautiful. The kids loved the pool. Close to the sea. There is a very good small shop where you can shop most things. The owners of the house are very nice and, as are their children. Want to thank you for an incredible experience.

Great house!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber und qualitativ sehr hochwertig gebaut. Man hat keine Nachbarn und absoluten Blick ins Grüne. Ohne Nachbarn. Die Eigentümerin und ihre Familie sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Hund war auch herzlich willkommen. Wir haben fast ausschließlich den traumhaften Außenbereich benutzt.
Man sollte wissen, dass das Haus direkt unter der Einflugschneise liegt. Uns hat das nicht wahnsinnig gestört, die Kinder eher gefreut 🤣 parken kann man nicht direkt am Haus, aber zum transportieren der Gepäckstücke gibt's eine Schubkarre 😎

Man mietet hier ein Haus mit 2 Wohneinheiten.
Wohneinheit 1 ist riesig, fast schon übertrieben groß und passt für 5 Personen, notdürftig auch 6.
Wohneinheit 2 ist klein gehalten und passt für 4 Personen, das schlafen auf der Couch wird aber dann kuschelig.
Beide Einheiten voll ausgestattet, genutzt werden wird aber sowieso nur das Badehaus. Super gemütlich und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet. Küche, Gefrierschrank, Grillkamin, top KüchenAusstattung. Pool ist top. Lounge super gemütlich.
Das Vermieter Paar ist super freundlich und bemüht und steht mit jedem Rat und Tat zur Verfügung.
Einziges womit man sich abfinden muss,
Civio ist Einflugschneise für den Flughafen Split und je nach Windrichtung Anflug oder Abflug über das Haus.
