Small airport, quick and easy to get through with very short queues in early April (not during the peak travel season)
The food/cafe options are quite limited, however there are a handful of stores selling a variety of snacks, candy, and alcohol after going through security
The bathrooms were clean

Very easy to get in and out of from Dubrovnik. Check-in was smooth. Rental car drop off is immediately outside the departure terminal so it makes dropping off your rental car very easy. I was here during the off-season and arrived way too early. Should’ve given myself one hour instead of two. Very clean and modern airport. They also have free Wi-Fi.

Super speedy through security and passport control. Business lounge is only for certain airlines and business class on those airlines. No priority pass, etc. you are not even able to buy entry. The lady explaining all of this to me was lovely and very polite however. Water bottle refill station just past passport control. Straight to the back and on the right next to Gate 1

Excellent small airport both arrival and departure were wick and efficient. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of seating available. Announcements were clear and departure board easy to understand.

Very nice, clean and well maintained airport. The airport seems new. The check in process was easy and fast. Some cafes are available. Toilet is clean too. Connection from the airport to Dubrovnik city centre is easy. If you arrive and plan to take the shuttle bus, once you get out, go immediately to the right side where there is a shuttle bus booth that you can purchase the bus ticket, card is accepted. Journey from the airport to Dubrovnik town is around 30-40 minutes depending on the traffic. It stops at Dubrovnik old town and also main bus station. Price is 14 euros for return ticket. You can purchase the ticket online too.

Small airport but very well maintained. The staff is efficient and prompt. The baggage was delivered on time and without any hassles. Plenty of car parking space outside. Car rental shops are located outside near the bus parking stop.

Beautiful tiny airport good service self boarding machine also working tourist shuttles bus 🚌 service is awesome for going to Dubrovnik city old town but on the return you have to go upside 100 steps upward it is a power show😂👨‍🌾 old person or family with little children recommended to take taxi or cable car to reach the shuttle bus service bus fare is reasonably good return ticket is 14 euro 💶 and valid for 15 days

The new arrivals and departure building is fantastic. Futuristic looking from outside with glass floor to ceiling. Multiple Lifts available to each floor and great layouts and space for queues on checking gates. We came through to our departure area and coffee and drinks were available with limited foods at the sitting area. Duty Free had plenty to offer, after check in and once in eating area of the airport. Lots of screens displaying arrivals and departures. Spotlessly clean and all airport staff were very friendly. We flew back to the UK and were in the non-EU zone of the airport with only one flight departing all evening. Superbly quiet for a change. The bud taking us to our jet was a smooth ride and added to the pleasure of using Dubrovnik Airport.

An very quiet small airport but with all amenities and good shopping area

It was a very well organised airport, and check in was swift and smooth, fast track security check and the staff was very friendly.

Relatively small airport but very clean! There are a few retail shops but not a huge range.

A very nice and relaxed small airport. Very efficient and very convenient. You can take the official shuttle bus to its last stop - the main bus station, the take a Uber to reach any place in the town. The airport staff are very friendly.

After having read the previous reviews, it seems like the airport authorities have taken note and made some improvements.
1) There's an apparently new cafe at the departures area before check in. Prices were not that high compared to airports around the world.
2) I found a few charging points in the departures area after check in.
3) The security process was smooth and the lady assisting with the bags was very efficient.
4) The immigration queue was very short.
5) There are cafés and restaurants near the gates. Can't comment on the prices though.

Thanks to Mario at Passport Control for my first stamps in my passport! Easy landing and disembarking the plane. Swift bus to the terminal. Immaculately clean airport with excellent staff. Security was efficient and professional. This airport really made an impression. Toilets are so clean and the hand soap is incredible, a subliminal marketing stroke of genius as the floral smell evokes the sweet smelling streets of Dubrovnik and this part of the Croatian Coast! Well done! If only our return to England has been as nice.

Small and well maintain. Best think is no busy .
It is not too busy but the flight is not quick.

I really like this airport, as its really quick to navigate. It only took us around 20 minutes to get from the plane to the exit, including immigration and baggage collection.

It's worth noting that you can take bottles of ice through security. You just need to drink, or drain off any liquid before you go through.

Beautiful city, very nice people and lovely food. I have only good things to say about dubrovnik. Absolutely loved and I will visit again next year.
