Bit expensive
- home vine 50 kuna in makarska 20 kuna and it was better
- honey 90-100 kuna in makarska 60 kuna
- oil olive 100-120 kuna for 1 litre and in makarska 60 kuna

Vegetable and fruits also not so great. Prices I don't remember.

Sehr, sehr teuer. Hier wollte man mir eine Wassermelone um € 2,50 andrehen - pro Kilo.
Man hat ganz allgemein an allen Obst- und Gemüseständen an der Hauptstraße im Neretvadelta das Gefühl, dass man als Tourist kräftig abgezockt wird. Dies ist besonders ärgerlich, da man die Einheimischen ja unterstützen will - vor allem in der Konkurrenz zu Supermärkten.
Tipp: In Metković über die Grenze fahren und Obst und Gemüse auf der bosnischen Seite kaufen, zum Beispiel in Počitelj. Ist viel billiger und noch dazu eine wunderschöne Strecke entlang der Neretva.

About Opuzen
Town in Croatia

Opuzen is a small town in Dubrovnik-Neretva County in Croatia. The town is located 12 kilometres upstream from the mouth of the river Neretva, in southern Dalmatia. This settlement is known as a major center of tangerine production in Croatia. Opuzen got its name from its fortress, Fort Opus. The fortress was built by the Republic of Venice in 1684. Ruins of the fortress that remain are called Recycle and are part of the old town wall. The center of the old part of Opuzen is a classic Roman Forum. In the Middle Ages, Opuzen was known as Posrednica. The Republic of Ragusa in the 14th century had major trading markets in Opuzen. The markets got burnt down in 1472. source
