Villa Monvue

Villa Monvue is perfectly located, new house near Motovun with stunning view. It is also perfectly equipped, especially if you are traveling with small child – you’ll get everything that you need: from heated pool, spacious playground, playing room, toys, changing table, dishes and eating set for youngest. Also, in specious kitchen there is every amenity that you can think of: even two coffee machines, ice machine, toaster, blender, two (!) dishwashers, large fridge and air conditioning in every room.
First thing that you will notice is most stunning view that you can think of. You can enjoy it from large living room or from deck, even from pool. We spent most of the time on deck by the pool, even in the evening where you can enjoy without worrying about neighbours - perfect privacy is also great advantage of this property. Hosts are also taking care not to disturb you – they’ll welcome you with carefully selected gifts, some of them are homemade, which is a really nice touch to this perfect experience.
After day and evening spent on deck or perfectly trimmed yard, you can rest in separated sleeping area - every room has its own air conditioning and insect protection so you don’t have to worry about typical summer annoyance.
In one sentence - this is beautiful, perfectly located, tidy, new house where you will for sure enjoy with your family. We made beautiful memories in beautiful house Monvue and surely will come back. Highly recommended.

ONE OD THE MOST BEAUTIFUL VILLAS IN THE HEART OF ISTRIA

Everything was perfect during our stay. Villa is beautiful, tidy with lots of facilities. Ana is very kind, caring and friendly host. She gave us lots of recomendations where to eat and what to do to make our stay unforgettable. I hope I will come again soon.

A PERFECTLY ISLOLATED FAMILY PLACE WITH ASTONISHING VIEWS!
This spot is just perfect for a relaxing family holiday away from the tourist traffic in a very tranquil and quiet area. We were welcomed very kindly and hospitably. A few bottles of wine from a local winery were waiting for us as a welcome gift.
The villa itself was simply immaculate and all furnishings, equipment were in perfect condition. The entire house has been carefully designed, providing a very tasteful interior. All the rooms are fitted out with modern and elegant furnishings. The kitchen equipment left nothing to be desired - there is literally everything you need. Each room has its own bathroom and access to the lower lobby connected with the upper terrace.
Outside you can relax on a pleasantly shaded terrace with a barbecue, a big table - ideally suited for 10 people and seating set next to a swimming-pool with an imposing view of Motovun town and the surrounding countryside.
We were here far too short to discover the whole area, but long enough to know it’s a good basis for exploring Istria. The hilltop walled ancient city of Motovun can be reached within 10 -15 minutes, Novigrad and Porec within 30-40 min. Local shops and supermarkets are in distance of 3 km from the villa.
The owner – Anna - is very nice, available in every need and cares that you can spend relaxing holidays. The way the house was prepared for our stay made us feel very comfortable here.
We can say without hesitation that Villa Monvue is of five star standard. We really enjoyed our time here and can unconditionally recommend it!

Our stay was an excellent break from autumn. Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the villa, the next best part was the fantastic view from the heated pool and terrace. The hosts were very attentive, professional and friendly. There are so many amenities and pool accessories. A wonderful mini-vacation!

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL FAMILY PLACE
Absolutely beautiful new house surrounded by beautiful nature with the fabulous view on an old town of Motovun, the heart of Istria. The house is equipped with the most modern equipment, especially the kitchen (2 refrigerators, 2 washing machines, dishes of enviable quality and quantity), the rooms are very nicely decorated, each with its own bathroom and the most important, kid's playroom with everything one child can imagine. Carefully decorated yard with a children's playground, a lounge area for parents and a large swimming pool. After staying here, you get the desire to renovate your own place :) ... We had a really wonderful time and will definitely come again!

A beautiful property set into the jaw dropping Istrian countryside. Sparkling clean villa with 4 spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms.
A lovely terrace area with views of Motovun, perfect for morning coffee and afternoon wine!

We had very nice time with family and friends. The villa and sorounding is like from a fairytale.
The host provided us with everything we needed inside and outside.
The interior is outstanding and the view is breathtaking!
The pool was so warm so even if it rained and it was a bit colder weather we could used it 100%.
The villa is ideal for adults and kids because the host provided everything for babies and kids from the toys till the kid’s beds and other stuff that we hadn’t to take with us from our house.
We went in many villas with pool but this one is the favorite for sure and we cannot wait to come back again.

Perfect family villa in Istria with breath-taking view

Perfect for stress relief especially in this pandemic time because it is isolated from the first neighbours. The villa's location is utterly stunning, in all weathers. View is breath-taking. It's a beautifully designed, relaxing house. Kids were occupied in playroom or in playground, beds are extremely big and comfortable, kitchen is perfectly equipped... Even when cooking you could enjoy the view of beautiful old town Motovun and Istrian nature. I strongly recommend visiting this special place.

We have been traveling to Istria for almost a decade now and have stayed in literally dozens of properties over the years. Villa Monvue, overlooking magical mideviel city of Motovun was the pinnacle of all those experiences. This family vacation home was, by far, the most professional, accommodating, caring "landlord" I have dealt with in all those years. The house was exquisite - just as described, perfect location, amenities to spare, kitchen very well stocked with all that you could ever need! They even have 2 extra large dishwashers! Kids were enjoying the stay even more then the adults :) Fully equipped playroom, latge playgroound and comfy pool did the trick!
Everything was perfect upon arrival and hosts were very helpful throughout our stay.

ADORABLE VILLA IN HEART OF ISTRIA
Marvelous moderne house, beautifully decorated and well equiped with everything you can think of (2 fridges, 2 dishwashers!)
House is located in quiet place with extremely comfortable beds, so peaceful sleep is assured.
The best of all was fantastic kid's playroom and playground wich provided us adults the long awaited relaxation with beautiful view on Motovun.
In three words: modern, clean and relaxing!

It's understatement to say that our stay in Villa Monvue was a dream! :)
Everything was above expectations and more; each room was fully ecquiped to the highest standards of 4+* hotels (bathroom, air conditioning, floor heating, smart tvs, super comfy mattreses etc..), 2 washing machines and 2 xl dish washers, kids playroom with PS4, bunch of games and 65 inch TV, heated pool and outdoor playground with all the things our young ones would ever need to entertain themselves :))
Big indoor and outdoor lounge area overlooking magical medevial city of Motovun are exquisite!! Location of the Villa is very remote and peaceful and yet very close to all the services you may need (grocery stores, restaurants, wineries..)
Long story short you don’t have to bring anything for your stay here beacuse Villa Monvue has it all covered :)

Einfach nur Top !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wir waren im Juni für 8 Tage und es war einfach nur überragend. Die Villa ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet mit dem besten vom besten (Leonardo Gläser, WMF Besteck und Geräte, Napoleon Grill usw.). Der Pool ist beheizbar (was aber aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen nicht notwendig war) und die Aussicht auf den Ort Motovun einfach nur gigantisch. Die Landschaft ist einfach nur schön und man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl und man würde am liebsten nicht mehr abreisen wollen. Ans Meer nach Porec fährt man ca. 35 Minuten aber wir waren eigentlich nur zum Abendessen in Porec da wir mit dem Pool, dem Garten und die riesige Terrasse absolut zufrieden waren und das Meer nicht vermisst haben.
Zu erwähnen ist, dass wir mit 4 Kinder unterwegs waren, und auch für die Kinder ist ein voll ausgestattetes Spielzimmer vorhanden mit PlayStation und allerhand Spiele sodass es wirklich nicht an Spielmöglichkeiten fehlt.

Zu erwähnen ist auch der Super Service von der Eigentümerin Ana die unsere Anfragen per Whatsapp super schnell beantwortet hat.

Werden die Villa definitiv nochmal buchen und kann nur empfohlen werden wenn man einfach nur schöne und entspannte Tage in Istrien verbringen möchte.

Prostrana i odlično raspoređena vila. Praktična te nudi sve za ugodan odmor. Bazen, igralište i mala igraonica su zabava za djecu i odrasle. A tek pogled na Motovun i svu ostalu prirodu, idila 🥰 vrijedi se doci odmoriti i napuniti baterije na ovakvom mjestu!

Još dugo ćemo pamtiti svaku minutu boravka u ovoj čarobnoj kući koja je napravljena s toliko ljubavi, promišljanja i planiranja. Naš boravak je počeo u nedjelju u 16h. Dočekala nas je ljubazna domaćica Sanja i pokazala sve sobe, prostorije, bazen i okolicu. Na blagovaonskom stolu nas je dočekala i podeblja knjiga sa svim uputstvima gdje jesti, što vidjeti, što posjetiti, gdje nabaviti vino, maslinovo ulje, domaće autohtone proizvode. Jako korisno i dobro napravljeno.
Bazen ima grijanu vodu tako da ga se može koristiti i rano ujutro kao i kasno u noć. Na neki način se sve događa oko bazena i na toj predivnoj terasi koja gleda na čarobni Motovun. Tu je veliki stol, dovoljno sjedacih mjesta, veliki TV i vrt koji pruža toliko mogućnosti - trčanje, raznorazne igre, opuštanje, vježbanje. Raj za odrasle a naročito za djecu. Posebno nas je oduševila soba za druženje i igranje. U njoj nema čega nema. Moj unuk satima nije izlazio iz te čarobne sobe koja također ima veliki prozor i pogled na Motovun.
Spavaće sobe nalaze se na nivou -1. To je također jako dobro. Nije vruće i dobro se spava. Svaka soba uređena je u drugoj boji i ima svoju kupaonu. Sve je uređeno do zadnjeg detalja i promišljeno da ugodi i bude što funkcionalnije.
A posebne pohvale za kuhinju i kuhinjski otok koji je svojevrsno okupljalište za obitelj ili prijatelje. Kuhinja je opremljena vrhunski. Od svih strojeva do najmanje žlice ili cjediljke. Bio nam je gušt pripremati doručak i večere dok smo za ručak obilazili okolne konobe i restorane.
Kuća ima dovoljno svjetla i stalni pogled na čarobni grad. U četvrtak ujutro smo još s guštom popili kavu , doručkovali i do 10h napustili kuću. Sigurno ćemo se u nju vratiti. Da li s obitelji ili prijateljima.
Još jedna napomena - kuća je na odličnoj lokaciji. Svaki dan se na brz i jednostavan način dolazi do prekrasnih istarskih vinarija, konoba i gradića koje treba posjetiti - Vižinada, Livade, Oprtalj, Motovun, vinarija Kozlović, vinarija Kabola, vinarija Rossi....
A vinarija FAKIN - koja je dobila svjetsku medalju za najbolju malvaziju je na 50 m od ville Monvue. Tako smo uvijek bili sigurni da ćemo biti opskrbljeni najboljim vinima.

Krasna vila za odmor. 4 sobe, svaka sa svojim kupatilom. Kuhinja jako ljepa sa svime šta se u kuhinji treba. Terasa super, a bazen najbolji sa grijanom vodom. A ima i jako ljep pogled na Motovun.

Iznad svih očekivanja. Villa Monvue je idealno mjesto za odmor bilo da idete s obitelji i djecom ili na druženje s prijateljima. Vrhunski uređena, od kuhinje koja ima i više nego potrebno, aparata za kavu, ledomata, velikog dnevnog boravka s pogledom na Motovun, predivnih soba s odličnim madracama, zasebnim kupaonicama i vrhunskim dizajnom (posebno su lijepe svjetiljke koje su u svakoj sobi drugačije). Budući da je nas bilo 9 prijateljica, uglavnom smo boravile na terasi i u bazenu koji je grijan makar je već počela jesen. Iskoristile smo roštilj na terasi i igrale odbojku na travnjaku. Svatko je odmarao kako je htio s obzirom da je prostor ogroman i zato je idealno za odmor od svakodnevice. Udaljenost Motovuna je par minuta s autom, a susjedi su dovoljno daleko da se možete opustiti. Jedino nam je žao da nismo uzele djecu jer je dječja igraonica opremljena s igračkama, Playstationom i klinci bi bili oduševljeni. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti!!:)

Sehr schöne neue Villa in Istrien.
Top ausgestattet. Schön abgelegen und ruhig. Der ideale Ort um sich zu erholen. Die Villa ist komplett klimatisiert. Der schöne Pool ist beheizt. Hinterm Haus auf der Terrasse ist ein großer außen TV. Die Villa hat einen schönen gepflegten Garten mit viel Spielmöglichkeiten für groß und klein. In der Villa gibts ein extra Spielzimmer für Kinder mit Schränke voller Spielsachen und einem riesigen TV mit PlayStation 5. Es gibt eigentlich nichts was fehlt. Sollte man Fragen oder Wünsche haben, kann man die netten Vermieter Anna und Igor via Telefon oder SMS jederzeit erreichen und diese sind immer bemüht einem zu helfen. Zur Not kommt schnell der Nachbar vorbei.
