Villa Waterfalls

We stayed three nights when visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park.

Rooms are cosy and clean. There is enough parking place. You can order a tasty breakfast for 10€ per person. Dogs are allowed (we paid 5€ extra per day). Swimming pool was closed in May.

There is a mini market in a 5 minutes walk and good pizzeria in a 10 min walk from the place.

Very convenient accommodation for exploring the Plivice Lakes.

This is the best place to relax and enjoy nature. this is an amazing room, very comfortable and cosy. my daughter said that this is a place for princesses (trampoline, slides, playground, swing) Our family is delighted with the service and hospitality. It is felt that the guest is loved and expected here. The photos don't convey the atmosphere.

Beautiful place. Visited again after two years - was great to meet the hosts again. The place is around 10 km from the Plitvice National park. There is a super market in 100 - 200 meter distance. The property has 3 hotels at the place.
The breakfast is exceptional at 10 Eur - and best part not the same everyday!!
Would love to visit again.

Very cosy accomodation and great piclnik

The appartament was very nice & clean,kitchen included.
The breakfast: ok.The dinner was over expectaitons,plenty kind of meal.I highly recommand the grill mix.
The stuff is friendly&professionist.
As a remark at the restaurant you can pay only with cash(euro or kuna).

We were there only for one night but we enjoy our stay. The place is nice, clean and rooms are spacious and the bed is one of the best we've slept in. We had smart TV in the room so we watched some Netflix :)

Super comfortable rooms recently refurbished to very high standard, lovely hospitable hosts, spot on location to stay within easy drive to Plitvice with added bonus of a great Street BBQ eatery within walking distance

Fantastic stay! Such a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Loved the daily homemade breakfast and even got to practice some Croatian with Ivo, the owner. He is a fantastic guy, really warm and welcoming. The apartment itself is so fresh and clean, too. We plan to go back and would highly recommend!

Cozy and comfortable rooms, near to many attractions, food good, but not that much compared with the high prices requested

Pequeñas habitaciones, pero con todo.
Ivana te atenderá muy bien y cariñosamente.
Opción de desayuno casero recién hecho por 10€. Para un sólo día, porque tampoco es maravilloso, pero si luego vais a visitar los lagos te ahorras una comida y basta con llevar algo para picar.
Aparcamiento gratuito en la puerta del alojamiento.
Ivana nos recomendó un sitio para cenar, gestionado por un amigo.
La cena estuvo bien de calidad, pero el restaurante es caro y mal atendido. Estuvieron superados todo el rato

Sehr schöne geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Freundliche Gastgeberin..kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Haustiere sind ebenfalls willkommen. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und für jeden was dabei

Odlicna lokacija u blizini Plitvickih jezera. Domacica je izuzetno ljubazna i susretljiva, ucinila je sve da se osjecamo ugodno za vrijeme naseg boravka. Apartman cist, ugodan i komforan. Sve preporuke za ovaj smjestaj!

Wat een mooie bed and breakfast. Geweldige locatie. Alles erg netjes en schoon. Tip om te eten: street food bbq vlak naast het appartement.
