In Sylvis wine

Great place, excellent wines, delicious food, helpful and courteous owner who welcomed us as if we were at home. Several bottles of wine are of course coming home with us.

Fabulous experience. We wondered why we were out in this small residential area in some small town; Scenery, not so much, but a modern comfortable tasting room and a cordial host greeted us. From the first sip of their Malvasia, we knew we had been sent to the right place. All the wines were very good and our host was warm, friendly and informative. We thoroughly enjoyed are time there!

We were nearby, didn't called ahead but we were welcomed by Marco. He sat down with us for a tasting and gave us lots of info about the wine and grapes. The wine is exquisite!
If you have a chance to visit, don't hesitate: you can enjoy and buy great wine made by a passionate wine maker who is happy to share about his experiences.

We had the most amazing evening! Honestly the best food I have had in Istria so far. The wines are also delicious! We will be back, for sure!

Visited In Sylvis for two seasons in 2018 and 2019. Great people and wines. Quality and maturity was improved after one year. Especially the Malvazia in oak barrels from 2017 is awesome.

Fantastic wine.

Wir haben diesen Ort dank der vielen Rezensionen auf Google gefunden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir konnten verschiedene Weine probieren, und bekamen sehr tolle und kompetente Erläuterungen in perfektem Englisch. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen und es auch weiter empfehlen. Der Wein war zudem viel besser als andere Weine in der Region, was natürlich auch noch für das Weingut spricht. Das gesamte Konzept ist wirklich stimmig, hier war jemand mit viel Feingefühl und Geschmack am Werk und die Eigentümer stecken viel Herz in das Geschäft. Super!

Gospodin Marko je izuzetno gostoljubiv i susretljiv. Ova vinarija je ugodno otkriće u kraju u kojem ne očekujete takva interesantna vina. Odležana malvazija je bila vrlo interesantnih aroma koje su se mijenjale sa svakim gutljajem. Domaćin nam je iscrpno odgovorio na sva postavljena pitanja iz čega smo puno naučili. Gazdarica je napravila odlične domaće cukerančiće. Hvala Vam na ugodno završenom danu! Želimo Vam još puno uspjeha u Vašem poslu !!

Wir haben bei In Sylvis eine Weinprobe gemacht und können diese sehr weiter empfehlen! Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich, erklärt alles sehr toll und die Weine sind klasse. Auch die Location ist sehr toll und modern eingerichtet. Auch die Platte mit Käse und Wurstspezialitäten aus Istrien hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Parkplatz direkt vor der Location. Absolute Empfehlung!
