Vipo Prestige Apartments

The rooms were modern and great. The staff was welcoming. Great view of the sea. Outside the city but plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by. Cant wait to return.

It's good with some caveats. Ie : the 1 bed apartments aren't in pictures advertised but next to/above restaurant. Hence restaurant music goes on past 11pm. Be mindful of traffic to split, which is pretty constant, after 5 pm it takes 2+hrs to get to airport for example. Cleaning is only every 3 days unless paid extra. Place requires 100 euro deposit in cash. We did have enjoyable stay however. Sea is calm during morning, tends to be more wavy in the afternoon. No urchins however and super safe for kids.

This place is heaven , the best I have ever been. Antonija is a great host and she really takes care of each guest and trying to please all their requests. The pool is amazing if you have kids they will love it. All the amenities are free of charge and there is the Cibus bar just in front of the sea. The best part it , they have a huge parking and a gym, so you won’t miss anything during your holidays.

An absolutely fabulous stay here in September , a warm welcome from the lovely Antonija who has been so helpful throughout our stay, she even arranged some flowers for our Wedding Anniversary. She is a massive credit to the Team.
The apartments are on the beach with umbrellas, chairs for beach or pool. High tec spacious two bedrooms with kitchen , lounge and kitchen , the rooms have electric shutters and lighting , everything has been thought of to make your stay a luxury holiday. One small consideration - Vipo Prestige is on the main road so a little noisy at the back of the property.
Underground parking for those with cars so was a brilliant base for us to explore the coastline . Cibus restaurant is next door for breakfast and sunset quality dinners, there are also a couple of good restaurants along the front. Highly recommend Vipo Prestige - 5 star quality and service.

We could not rate this accommodation highly enough. The accommodation and location was beautiful and incredibly relaxed. The service was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The communication was exceptional, quick and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with such friendly service. We cannot wait to return.

It was a top stay. Very luxurious and right next to the beach. Away from the crowd of Split and peaceful. Worth every penny. Antonia was a great host.

We’re just back from a fantastic break in Podstrana Croatia. We stayed at the VIPO Prestige Apartments which were absolutely great in every respect. Here is our review as a family of four (me, my wife and two teen daughters).

The apartments are modern, clean and spacious. They have 2 double en-suite rooms, comfy beds, great showers, decent kitchen, we had a balcony with an amazing view of the sea. there is a free car park. Cibus restaurant next door does a breakfast if you want that option (also does great food with a lovely view in the evening).

The pool is small but the beach is a few metres from the apartments and this is what makes this place special. It is always easy to find a space on the beach in this laid back spot and sunbeds and umbrellas are freely provided by VIPO. The sea is clean and clear and there is a defined area for swimmers with a few water sports places nearby. You can rent SUP boards from the VIPO reception.

Rooms get cleaned every couple of days and both shower and beach towels are supplied. There is a reasonably priced washing service which is very quick (same day). Nothing seems too much trouble (e.g. if you want extra towels, they sort them for you very fast).

The staff are fantastic. Antonija is the main person to deal with and she is very knowledgeable about the area and highly responsive to requests. She recommended restaurants and a taxi service as well as a host of other small things. Ante also deserves a mention as he has the same dedication to customer service.

There are good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Cibus next door is excellent and there are a few further along the beach front that are also nice. You can get up to the small old town (really this is a tiny village) for a couple of other great places to eat but a taxi is needed (€25).

The location is great. It is easy to get to VIPO from Split, despite the busy traffic out of the city. The location is well placed for Omis which is definitely worth a few visits - zip lines, boat rides, more beaches and a charming old town full of restaurants. Overall the area around VIPO has a lovely laid back vibe and is perfect for relaxation. If you want buzzing bars and nightlife then this isn’t the place to come. However, if you want a lovely modern place to stay, with comfy beds, en-suites, views over the sea and a beautiful quiet beach just a few steps away, then this is definitely the place to come. And with people like Antonija and Ante looking after customer service you cannot go wrong. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in this lovely spot.

Este es el segundo año que paso mis vacaciones aquí i y solo puedo recomendarlo.
Los departamentos son muy elegantes, modernos y limpios. No hay que olvidar la hermosa vista directamente al mar y a la ciudad de Split. Pasar und atardecer aqui es magico. Las personas del servicio son muy amables y la comida en el restaurante de al lado está deliciosa.

Appartement incroyable avec une vue de dingue ! On a été époustouflé par le coucher du soleil qui s’offrait à nous chaque soir. Nous y avons séjourné fin octobre et avons beaucoup apprécié le calme, la gentillesse de l’hôte d’accueil, le petit déjeuner vue sur la mer, des températures printanières, l’ambiance de la vie locale…bref si vous chercher le repos en arrière saison avec un appartement de qualité ! Foncez…
L’appartement est moderne, bien équipé et des literies de qualité ! La terrasse est sublime. Merci pour ce moment VIPO !

TOP! Sind schon zum 3. Mal hier in Podstrana. Die Lage von den Apartments ist einfach perfekt. Wir sind direkt am Strand, haben ein sehr tolles Frühstück inklusive & sogar einen Tiefgaragenplatz fürs Auto. Das Personal ist 24/7 erreichbar & vorallem sehr freundlich & hilfsbereich. Ebenso ist der Strand hier sehr sauber, schön & vorallem sehr ruhig! ☺ Sehr empfehlenswert. Danke immer wieder gerne

Jedan od najboljeg i najljepšeg Smještaja u Hrvatskoj! Posebno Zalazak Sunca je kao u Filmu. Prekrasno, odovorno i pouzdano osoblje. Bili smo mnogo puta i za duže Vrijeme i naravno dolazimo opet. Ako Bog da .

Les appartements sont incroyablement bien situés, quasiment sur la plage. Ils sont très propres et très bien agencés. De la terrasse, on a l'impression d'être sur la plage.
On y retournera, c'est sûr !

Das Apartment ist vor Ort noch schöner als auf den Fotos vom Veranstalter.
Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird täglich gereinigt. Das Meer ist vor der eigenen Terrasse. Wer einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub haben möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Superbe appartement, spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé. Nous avions une belle terrasse devant la mer. Restaurant à côté. Entre 20 et 45 mn de split (bouchons à certaines heures). Salle de gym en sous sol. Personnel parfait.

Hier passt einfach alles. Von der wunderschönen Lage direkt am Meer über stillvollen, schönen, modernen und funktionellen Einrichtung der Zimmer bis zu einem perfekten Service. Das hauseigene Restaurant lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen und auch die vorhandene Tiefgarage ist ein sehr wichtiger Pluspunkt. Die ganze Anlage ist einfach wunderschön und man kann sie mit besten Gewissen nur weiterempfehlen.
War das erste Mal hier aber ganz bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal.

(Haben spontan verlängert, da es so schön war)

Habe wirklich schon in vielen Hotels und Appartements übernachtet die hochpreisiger waren. Aber diesen Standard hat keines übertroffen.
