Apartments Gavran Pula

Very nice apartments. Beautifully decorated, and very friendly owners. Highly recommended.

Mein Freund und ich waren begeistert! Die Vermieter waren super nett und haben einen angenehmen Umgang mit den Mietern.
Gemütliche 1-Zimmer Wohnung, die alles beinhaltet, was man zum Leben braucht. Überdachter Parkplatz, schöne Außenanlage mit verschiedenen Bäumen und Sträuchern (Feigen, Tomaten, Oliven, Rosmarin und und und). Wir haben sogar von den Vermietern Feigen geschenkt bekommen!
Man ist nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt und alles Wichtige ist in der Nähe, wie zum Beispiel Bäcker, wie auch Supermärkte. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs, was für uns sehr angenehm war.
Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert :D

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tolle Außenanlage. Sauber und seht gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöne ruhige Gegend und dennoch nicht zu weit von Zentrum und Strand entfernt. Ein Auto ist aber vom Verteil. Uberdachte Parkplatz.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Świetne miejsce . Dużo zieleni ,spokój i cisza, 10 min do plaży samochodem . Polecam .

Wir..2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind (6) waren im Sommer 2015 bei Familie Gavran in Pula Urlaubsgäste....Super Urlaub und Super Unterkunft in jeder Hinsicht. Wir haben 2016 wieder gebucht.

UPDATE : So two months later i came across on advertisement for this apartment, with apartment images with our stuffs in it. So owner of this apartment has enter into it during our period of rent without previous anouncemment. ( And he had no shame to post public images of his apartment in ad with our stuffs in it )
I think this is enough without anything else. Again avoid if you don't want unprofessional renter who doesn't know he can not enter in apartment while is rented without previous announcing himself )

Very bad bad experience with this apartme mint. Me and my wife has rented this apartment, and everything seemed fine at first. But just day after, we were sitting at balcony, enjoying nice night, talking, and we received call from owner of this apartment who's living at the same building ( in our case apartmentabove ), telling us that we're too loud, and he was very rude over the phone, even though we apologised at first ( he even hang up the phone in middle of conversation ) After that we were literally whispering, and he called again after 3 minutes, and again he was very rude telling us that this is no bus station etc..

As he is living in apartment in this building, he is always watching when you're coming and going somewhere from an to the apartment, and if especially if someone comes to you as a guest.

We got very discomfortable, and got feeling like we're some kind of intruders in this apartment.

At our check out, he told us that walls need to be whitewashed, and that he needs to charges us more for that.

So to recap, host is living at the same building, so he's always watching you. Definitely avoid this place.
