One of the best stays I ever had. Lovely place, clean, cousy, fully equiped. The pool and the garden are beautiful, especialy at the evenings. And Davor and Stefan are the best, always making you feel like home. Thank you guys!

Very Well equiped location with a lot of eye for detail.
From the nice swimming pool to the adjacent well equiped outdoor kitchen & everything. Host was very helpfull with information and with enabling the perfect stay!

They are really professionals and guest focused.
We had to cancel our reservation for 3 apartments very last minute due to private reasons and they were so kind to return the deposit back although I really did not expect it.
We are definitely going there once we will be again able to!

A fantastic appartment: really well-kept, it looks like just build and decorated although it is already 7 years in use. Owner is taking very good care of the building and the rooms. The owner is very helpful and friendly. You can use the outdoorkitchen, fantastic idea! The swimmingpool is also a nice part of the deal. This all is located in a small village that has all the necessary things but for the touristic hotspots you definately need your car. I recommend this appartment!

A perfect stay there. Quiet, clean and the host was adorable, with a lot of good recommendation regarding activities around. A really fair price for a room this quality, with rolling shutters on the windows (it may appear like a detail but it's actually not that common in the country).

This has been definitely our favourite stay during our trip in Croatia. We wish we could stay longer than only 2 nights, as it really worth it! Also, the cost is totally reasonable for the value (which is something we didn't experienced in the rest of ourtrip in Croatia unfortunately).
The accommodation is a family business, which is something you can tell when you see all the small details they take care about. There is a common kitchen near the pool for the use of all the guests, they have some vegetables from their garden that you can also use, different olive oils and spices... The pool and all the environment in general is very relaxing. The room is comfortable and clean.
Last but not least, Davor is very nice and helpful!! It was a pleasure! Cheers from Spain!

We had a super nice stay in a room for 2 persons. Really clean and the beds are comfortable. The outdoor kitchen is very well equiped and small things as spices, coffee are foreseen which makes life easy.
The host really wants the guests to have a perfect stay: although rooms/appartments have normally no towelservice, you can grab a clean towel from the shelf whenever you want; the outdoor area is always tidied up; at our stay there where even vegetables from the garden and grapp for own use what is even more sublime.
Totally recommand it!

Wonderful stay and even more pleasant host Davor. My parents enjoyed the pool in the pretty decorated garden. Loving the peace of this beautiful accommodation.

Davor and his mother are so friendly hosts and the appartments are very comfortable and clean. It was a great time in Bale!

Holiday for soul!

Appartamento nuovo, pulito ed arredato con cura. Clima e frigo in stanza. Giardino con piscina e sdraio, cucina all'aperto con BBQ. Accoglienza cordiale.
In aggiunta Valle/Bale è un paesino stupendo che merita di essere visitato.

Zelden z'n goede en complete overnachtingen gehad.

Aan alles, maar dan ook alles is gedacht.
Buitenkeuken, zwembad, olie, was mogelijkheid enz. Enz.

Gelegen in een mooi karakteristiek dorp met supermarkt in een paar minuten lopen en diverse restaurants.

Als we nog een keer naar Istrië gaan komen we zeker terug.

Ontzettend vriendelijke en gastvrije gastheren. Comfortabele bedden. Mooie kamers. We hadden hier graag langer kunnen verblijven.

Precioso, cuidado, limpio, con mucho encanto. Destacar la zona del jardín, con barbacoa y cocina integrada para uso del cliente muy bien equipada.

Rigtig skønt eksklusivt mindre sted i fredfyldte Bale. Utrolig smagfuld indretning. Gode spisesteder i gåafstand. Et skønt sted i rolige omgivelser, tæt på Rovinj

Tolle, saubere Unterkunft in einer wunderschönen, historischen Ortschaft. Sehr gute Lage, um Pula und Rovinj oder die Strände in der Umgebung zu erkunden.
Davor ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Wir sind jetzt bereits zum vierten Mal hier und sind einfach begeistert!
Die Unterkunft ist super! Alles ist sauber und der Gastgeber Davor gibt sich unfassbar viel Mühe. Er gibt sehr viele gute Tipps, wenn’s ums Sehenswürdigkeiten oder gute Konobas/Restaurants geht und isr auch ein Top Ansprechpartner bei sonstigen Fragen.
Wir freuen uns sehr auf die nächsten Urlaube hier in IstraSoley. Danke für die wundervolle Zeit, Davor!!!
