Villa GioAn - Istria - Croatia

We spent a beautiful one-week vacation at the villa. The owners are very kind and helpful. The second day they brought us a little treets like olive oil, melon, eggs, homemade marmelade and other fruit. The surrounding is so beautiful. A lot of olive trees around and flowers, which they really take a good care of. There were also a lot of herbs growing, which we could use for sauces, gin tonic and water. Awesome thing is also the icemaker! There are a lot activities for kids (toys, table tenis, volleyball, football, chess, trampoline, slides, swings...). The apartments were very clean, beautiful decorated and with aircondition. The location is near Umag, 15min to the beach and stores with the car on the private place, so the louder music isn't a problem. And the view and sunsets were just also beautiful. It's really a hiddden gem and would recommend it to bigger groups with kids.

A fantastic stay at Villa GioAn! The villa itself is located in a beautiful little village with a gorgeous view of Umag, sea and the Alps 😍.

The villa is fully equipped with everything you might need for a carefree stay — from a toaster through an ice maker to a summer kitchen that is heated or chilled, so it's enjoyable during the entire year.

Our host, Rene Kozlović, helped us get set up and was available during our entire stay. From getting us olive wood for the grill to providing us with additional pots for our evening feast, we thank him for this!

It goes without saying that we had a blast staying in Villa GioAn, and we'll be sure to be back!

We had a lovely week at Villa GioAn. Rooms were good and the sun set view was increddeble.
For the kids, they had the swimming pool, footbal field and a playground.
We used the outdoor kitchen every day.

We’ve spent a fantastic week at Villa GioAn. The villa, the rooms, the pool, the outdoor kitchen and grill area, the football field, etc. are simply perfect for enjoying a perfect and relaxed week amongst friends and family. Milva and Rene are lovely hosts, very passionate and dedicated, you can see and feel the love with which they developed their premises and joy with which they rent it. We will for sure be back next year and are already now very much looking forward to our next stay at Villa GioAn.

A very beautiful, spacious and well-equipped house, perfect for larger groups. And the host is super friendly! We were there in the winter, but we’ll definitely come back in the summer to enjoy the nice pool and the outdoor sport area.

The owners are very nice and kind and the villa is so comfortable!
But the outdoor is extraordinary! After playing the table tennis you can chill down in the big pool. Then you play a darts, billiards and table soccer before you sit in the outdoor kitchen to eat some grilled fish and watching the beautiful sunsets.
There is, also, a kids playground. In the evening, you can play a football on the perfectly illuminated soccer field!

The perfect place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday! The house is extremely well equipped, nicely decorated, very clean and the terrace with pool is just amazing. We spent a wonderful week and really enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of interesting places to visit nearby and the beach is only a 10 minutes driving distance. Thanks for everything!

Couldn't be any better! We were welcomed very friendly in the Villa Gio An with a Gift Basket. Everything was very clean and worked out very well. Even the countless activities like Dart. The villa is very quiet so you can relax perfectly. We will definitely come back and would like to thank you again for the wonderful holiday at Villa Gio An.

The house was exactly as on the picures ... in one word : absolutely fabulous! Very spaceous place, lovely terras, warm ambient. The house is fully equiped from A to Z. You name it ... it's there ! Very peaceful neighbourhoud; very private. The hosts were very nice. If you're looking for a premium accommodation in Croatia, this is a place that you're looking for :)

Just perfect! Pictures in the internet are no fake. Great house, pool and playground and of course lovely hosts!!! Nice countryside, towns and villages around. We could have stayed for months... THANKS for everything!

Wunderschöne Villa mit viel Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Sauber und freundliche Vermieter. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wundervoller Urlaub mit 14 Personen, hatten einen super Umgang mit den Gastgebern. Das Anwesen ist riesig und genau richtig aufgeteilt. Auch als es 3 Tage schlecht Wetter war, konnten wir die großzügig ausgestatteten Innenbereiche perfekt nutzen. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!
