Restaurant Matsunoki

Amazing modern hotel , no expense spared in a beautiful settling. 3 restaurants we visited Matsonuki a Japanese restaurant. It was late May early season, and we were the only diners. There must have been more than 20 staff . Our meal 4 of us possibly paid half of them. Very expensive but it looks and feels very expensive as soon as you enter. The food was better than expected and well presented

it really is japanese fine dinning !!! everything was great not great perfect - best sushi i ever had !!! wine list is spectacular butt it is expensive...although if you avoid aperitiv es and wine during the meal you can squeezze in 75 euro per person otherwise it is 150 per person...butt it is still worth it!

Really fantastic experience in every way possible. Incredible food and professional but friendly staff combined with beautiful scenery of the restaurant will make you enjoy every bite of your meal.

First off: We had a wonderful time with Kata as our waitress, a very fun and kind lady with lots of attention for her guests. Thank you again! The food was tasteful, especially the rice pudding dessert is outstanding and deserves to be mentioned. Prices are way above average as you would expect from a restautant within a 5 star hotel. For a 3 course dinner with a glass of wine and sparkling water you should expect to pay 70-80€ per person. Highly recommended if you want to treat yourself with a very special atmosphere, exquisite food and a very nice service.

The dining experience was exceptional, and the service team went above and beyond, leaving us truly delighted! ☺

Best Sushi on the Island!

One of the best sushi dinner ever. Great experience, unbelievable taste and uniqe service. We were 9 people. I believe that each of us was thinking that dinner was prepared just for him.

Top class, great food and great drinks.

The restaurant, food, staff’s behaviour everything was perfect. I highly recommend you to visit it.
P.S. You should take into consideration that it is a quite expensive restaurant.

Assolutamente straordinario, le creazioni dello chef stellato turco Orhan Cakiroglu sono assolutamente fantastiche, carni di primissima scelta, tranci di pesce crudo di assoluta qualità, un'esperienza veramente a 5 stelle dentro un luxury hotel (il Bellevue del gruppo Jadranka) che può vantarsi di avere il miglior ristorante di cucina asiatica della Croazia. Non ho parole per descrivere il dessert al mango: qualcosa che ricorderò a lungo. E per finire, l'ottimo whiskey giapponese!

U skolpu hotela dovar japanski restoran ... sam dolazak, lijepa dobro došlica, simpatično osoblje ... interijer je jako lijepo uređen, kao i terasa ... hrana za sve ljubitelje japanske hrane ... dobar izbor vina kao i profi someljerka ... cijene su za sve koji si to mogu priuštiti ... ali kada je društvo odlično, onda je sve drugo nebitno ... još da je bila gitara za našim stolom, bilo bi još bolje ... sve u svemu mjesto koje se treba posjetiti

Najveci kompliment je što su uspjeli ljude koji su ušli sa skepsom, ispratiti oduševljene.
Sva jela su savršenog okusa. Desert Asian Cream cake je bio savršen.
Posluga je bila sjajna i što je ovakvoj vrsti gostiju kao mi iznimno važno, educirana.

Wer bereit ist 100Euro pro Person für 4 Gänge mit Wein auszugeben wird hier nicht enttäuscht. Sehr gute Qualität und perfekter netter Service...sehr hohes Niveau...weiter so😀
