Buffet "Cocco"

Traditional small tavern with just a few daily dishes, but delicious. We had the fish of the day of two kind and both were very good. Simple meals, but really tasty. House white wine also perfect with the fish. If you wanna grab a soup or you wanna have full lunch, this is the place you have to try. Just be advised it is open only until 5 pm. Enjoy!

A very small place offering fresh and delicious homemade style meals. Is a family business run with attention for taste and quality of their products. Prices are unbelievable good.

Typical Konoba for an brunch or lunch. They just have an daily menu so don’t hesitate to ask for a translation of the dishes.

Awesome authentic local place. They barely speak English but everybody is welcome and service is nice. Selection of menu of the day is small but covers all the bases — meat, fish, chicken. And everything is so tasteful!

It is great choice if you want to eat where locals eat! Food was delicious! Friendly prices in contrast with the tourist restaurants in destinations near Rijeka such as Selce. The restaurant is very cosy ❣ The owner was very kind although he cant speak English much.

Good price to try seafood here, only 35 local currency for this dish. They hand write menu every day depends on what they have. Highly recommended 🙂 just google map pined the wrong location, try to go to opposite side if you can’t find it😊

Because of this authentic restaurant I'm planning visit Rijeka again. Food is cooked exactly how my family is doing on Croatian island - everything perfect 10/10 and this feeling of being welcome and comfortable like it is in my family house cooked by my grandmother!!! Real Croatian cuisine!

It’s like I had a lunch at my family at home, fresh and homemade local recipes, generous portions and a simple menu that changes daily based on what they have fresh. What a comforting place to be.
