Arsana Tasting House

There is only one word to describe the whole experience of dining in this beautiful place, which is "outstanding."
It's a really lovely place with such a nice mother and son team running the show.
The food is delicious and you don't know what you will be surfed till you're there.

Truly an experience rather than a just a meal. A culinary surprise with every menu of the day, each one as authentic and genuine as delicious. If you're curious about local cuisine at a very high level and don't mind not having a big menu to order from, please do yourself a favor and come here.

The BEST food we have EVER eaten! From the beginning to the end, it was an amazing dining experience. My husband and I are celebrating our honeymoon, and could not have stumbled upon a more perfect place. The best family owned restaurant ran by the sweetest mother/daughter team. Could not recommend more.

Lovely family run restaurant in Omis, we went as a group of 6 friends and had the set menu with wine pairings. The traditional food was fantastic, the vegetarian option was the best I've had in Croatia and those in our group eating the fish and meat options said theirs were equally as delicious. Hands down our favourite dinner out in Croatia 😍

Came here for dinner last night upon recommendation from my dad. In his words this was the best restaurant in Omis but after our visit I would easily go as far as to say it's the best restaurant you can go to in Croatia and incredible value for money. The service was personable, knowledgeable and genuine. We were taught Arsana is a family run business focusing on serving locally sourced ingredients. Recommended wine was 10/10 and so was our 3 course meal. The cheesecake pancakes for dessert were absolutely incredible, making it the best dessert I've ever had. One thing we did not understand how this spot was not full. It's slightly hidden away, but that makes it even more special - trust me. Please when you are in Omis do come in to support this wonderful establishment, I promise you won't regret it.

We had amazing experience yesterday evening at this place. We found it as a google add it was for sure worth it. They had 4.9start average we are giving 5stars as well. It is hidden between the old town houses but the way is well marked. The place itself has truly special vibe, ideal for any romantic occasion. Just few tables allowed the waiter to fully take care of you, service was exceptional assuming as it is family runned place, the owners are passionate and treated us very well. They have option of 3 tasting 3course menu- meat, fish and vegan. They offer also different alternatives for glutten free etc. or you can mix the menu, for exaple take desert from other menu type as we understood. They trully try to create great experience for you. Before our ordered food we recieved a welcome bite and after we finnished we recieved hommemade digestive as thank you. The food was delicious, we tried the meat and the vegan option. Especially the vegan option was very creative and enjoyable, as i am not vegan, I really loved the meals. This is not typical croatian plate full of meat, cevapcici and french fries as you can get everywhere, this place serves you a great honest food and nice time. The price for 3course menu might seem high to some people (39€) but given how much we spend on other places around Omiš and Makarska the prices are comparable and accurate. There is nothing we didnt like at the place. Thank you owners!

Beautiful atmosphere, amazing food I took vegan menu, and my friend took fish menu. Food is just amazing, made with a lot love and you can feel it. If there is more stars I would give more.

Great local experience. We've had menu with sea food. Also, we taste a couple of local wines. Once we came back for wine tasting and it was delicious. Hope to see you aganin next season!

We felt so welcome here and had the greatest time with the restaurant service team. Great service with amazing food. We would totally recommend this place for meat lovers but also for vegetarians.

We were losing hope for good food in Omiš until we stumbled upon THIS HIDDEN GEM 💎.
It started with warm welcome and detailed explanation of the menu. Every meal was exceptional, just melted in our mouths and we wished for more, even if our bellies were full. Recommendation for wine were also spot on and we regret not enjoying more wine.

Out of all the places in Omiš, this was by FAR the best.

To the family, keep up amazing work and never lose this spark and love for the food you make. Hope to visit you next season when we revisit Croatia :).

Immaculate traditional Dalmatian food made with local and seasonal ingredients. The atmosphere is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. I had the pleasure of trying all 3 main courses on the menu that night and couldn’t choose my favorite. Overall one of the best dine in experiences I had in Croatia.

Simply an amazing dining experience. The service, good and venue was first class. Family owned restaurant serving local cruise. Even more impressive was the vegan menu which was prepared for us. Each dish full of flavour and to be honest didn't expect this quality of food. Thank you. Others in our party has the traditional menu and that was throughly enjoyed by them. Unmissable! The best restaurant we found whilst on holiday in Omis. The family team at Arsana looked after our table of 10 perfectly. The food was delightful, giving us an insight into local dishes. Service was fantastic, perfectly paced, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this hidden gem to any visiting Omis. 6 stars if I could!

Peaceful hidden place in Omis. They offer traditional Dalmatian starters and smaller meals, as well as great quality local wines and some classic cocktails. Don’t expect a large amount of options in the menu, but do expect great quality of the food, drinks and staff service!

Hidden away in the old town, you can find this fantastic place, with lovely local food and a just as lovely host, who is excellent in presenting the food and wine, telling stories from the area etc.
You can choose between 3 menus (Meet, Fish, Vegetarian). We were 2 pers. and the host suggested choosing 2 different menus, and then sharing them between us, so we could try as much as possible - that was great.
If I'm back in Omis, I'll definitely eat here again.

Wonderful ambient of a small family restaurant. Meals are different each day (meat, fish and plant-based) and will be explained for each guest from the waitress. I would recommend this restaurant! 5/5!

Arsana Tasting House is amazing, tucked away in the back streets of Omiš away from the crowds. The menu concept is intriguing and different, it changes daily dependent on what’s available at the market. Four courses - Welcome From the Kitchen; Entree; Main and Dessert.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Sea Menu and chose the Grilled Octopus With Grilled Fruit as my main. The friendly owner recommended an award-winning local white wine which paired beautifully with the octopus.The Cheesecake Pancake for dessert was delicious.

The food, service and location of Arsana Tasting House was so amazing I visited it twice during my visit to Omiš
