Villa Maria

Very clean apartment with beautiful balcony with a beautiful view at the Karin Sea, from where the sunset can be admired every evening. I was alone and I hired for 4 weeks an apartment for 2 people, with separate bathroom, bedroom and dining area. Close to the beach, within walking distance. The village of Karin is within walking distance with local food shops, restaurants and cafes. Private parking at the house in the shade. Very friendly and hospitable owners, and very thoughtful and helpful. They even brought me sometimes a lunch or diner or a dessert. There was also a pleasant contact with the other present travellers. I have been coming here in the region for the 4th year in a row on holiday in this village and it is a very good base for visiting the area and it is a very pleasant and quiet area with a beautiful view of the Karin Sea and the Velebit Mountains. I’m normally a camper, but the campground in the village was closed throughout the Corona matter this season and this was certainly a very good alternative. And it is possible to rent every moment of the year. So for sure I ‘ll come back here. I can highly recommended this stay ! And although the owners don’t speak English, they do anything to understand and help you by using google translate or otherwise if their are other guests who speak both English and Croatian, there’s always some one to translate and help. I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay in a beautiful and quiet environment among very nice people.

Really nice location, close to the lake and peaceful. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The host is super kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Haus Besitzer sehr freundlich. Sehr sauber. Wünder schönes Blick auf Meer. Ort klein und sehr ruhig. Nicht weit zu Meer ca 300 m

Jako lijep smještaj,sve uredno i čisto. Pravo mjesto za odmor. Domaćini jako komunikativni, ljubazni i gostoljubivi. Izuzetno zadovoljni sa svime.

Nagyon kedves szállásadók. Apartman tiszta és teljesen felszerelt. Jól éreztük magunkat. A palacsinta isteni finom volt! Köszönjük Marija!
