Down from KUDIN Most car park to the bridge is a stunning walk. The views are spectacular. It took us a while to descend as we kept stopping to admire the views and take photos.
To the left of the bridge, there is a series of low wide falls. To the right larger ones.
We crossed the bridge and turned right, taking the Route to Visoki Buk, where eventually you'll need to get your feet wet and cross the river. In early September, the water level reached my thighs.
From there, we walked along the river a mix a grass, rocks, a little mud, and dry river beds. A few snakes, cows, and plenty of crickets and grass hoppers.
A few water falls along the way. We stopped and turned back at Visoki Buk. Which was a beautiful point. A large cascade of water falling into the river.
It's just over 3 miles each way.
The next day, we walked the Monastery way. From the car park, go left and behind the building and follow the route down.
The views again are spectacular. Same mix of terrain with another small river crossing, more calf height.
It was beautiful scenery again, and we saw 4 people in total during our walk. Excluding the Monastery.
The monastery is free to enter and has a beautiful courtyard and a couple of friendly dogs.
The artwork and candles are stunning. There is a small hut selling drinks. A bridge where people were jumping off into the river.
Again, it's just over 3 miles each way.
Wear good shoes as the terrain both ways is tricky at times.
The walks both ways are excellent.
Take plenty of water and something to eat.
2 porto cabins at the car park and a shop selling drinks and snacks.

We came from Golubic side, there is a small parking, should not be a problem to park during the week but could be during weekends.
We just went down to Kudin Most and came back with the same path, but there are a few different trails you can use. It takes about 30 minutes to go down.
/!\ a lot of small rocks, be careful on your way down and bring good walking shoes. Be careful while driving to the place, small roads with cows chilling on the road.

Really recommend this place.

A lovely hidden gem, we spent around 2-3 hours in total and only meet around 10 other people (and 3 dogs 🐕). As others has said, we're good shoes, and definitely not sandals/flip flops, we wore sneakers which has fine.
No shops was open when we visited, and there are 'camping' toilet, but you must bring your own paper and handsanitizer 😀

Kudin most, a protected cultural site, was built in drystone at the end of the 18th and early 19th century. It’s 109 meters long and has 12 travertine arches that alternate with stone patches where you can walk. When the Krupa rises up it overflows the entire bridge. There are several other paths in the area, one is more demanding and requires some climbing skills.

In the past the bridge provided a link between the hamlets of Golubic and the village of Zegar. The legend speaks of a great love between two young lovers who lived on the opposite sides of the Krupa. The young man was said to have built the bridge to cross the river with the wedding party to ask the girl in marriage.

We visited the site from Golubić side. There is a narrow road leading to a small parking big enough for about 7 cars (there are toilets there as well and a small house where they sell local produce and drinks. It was closed when we were there in the early morning). A rocky path leads to Kudin most. Having appropriate footwear is important. I would say it’s not suitable for young kids if they are difficult to control. The hike takes about 30 minutes and offers great views of the Kudin most in the second part, where you have several serpentines. Make sure you avoid visiting on hot summer days, because there is almost no shade (we visited at 8 in the morning in July and it was already so hot on the way back up).

All in all great location worth visiting. You also have Krupa monastery nearby (cca 15 kilometres up the stream) which is picturesque as well.

Absolute must-see, stunning view! The hiking trail is pointed out to be 20 minutes, for us it took approx 30 min to go down and more than an hour to go up because we lost our trail and ended up few km away from where we started. So pay attention to the pointers and not only to the view :D

Beautiful. A hidden gem in Croatia. There are some walking routes but it was a bit hard to find any information about them. I think non experienced hikers should not turn left at the bottom of the route since that one required some climbing gear. If you cross the bridge and turn right you can enjoy a beautiful hike but we did not finish it since it was unclear if we would be able to get back to the car again. But nonetheless it is 100% worth it.

Forget Plitvice and Krka. Kudin Most and Zrmanja/Krupa canyon is off the beaten track and a far more authentic natural experience. We had the place virtually to ourselves in April. No entrance fees, buses or boats to take you in. This is a wild and remote place (parking for access is clearly on the NORTH side of the canyon and there are, presumably intentionally, very few road signs) so come equipped with food and water. Alternatively you can, as we did, stop on the way at the bridge over Zrmanja river near Bilišane (Food House Zrmanja had a good menu including vegetarian options) for refreshments. You also need to take decent footwear as the path from the parking at Golubić is of loose stones and it takes around 30 minutes down to Kudin Most (plus time for photos). Truly a hidden gem and better kept that way. This place must remain unspoilt and not commercialised like Plitvice and Krka.

Magic place for me. Visit in June only we alone and all shades of blue. 20 minutes walking down and also up the hill sport shoes required

A great one day trip (or even a half day trip). Park at the place called Parking kudin most (just be careful and park if possible on the gravel before on the right). It should take you 30 minutes downstairs (45 if you really enjoy the views). Down there you can rest on the grass nearby, explore the nature and have a nice little picnic. The scenery and the colors are great.

Beautiful place and easy to get to. One of my favorite nature spots in Croatia. There are waterfalls upstream and downstream. You can explore a lot. There is even a cave i will let you to find yourself.

An amazing day trip! Lot of beautiful waterfalls and places to relax. About 15min walk to the main area. If you are feeling adventurous, there is also a trail on the left side of the lake with ropes and wedges for climbing. Would recommend!

P.s water is very, very cold!

Beautiful location, but not an easy descent to get to it. Still worth the effort.

A place of stunning beauty and tranquility. The path down to it is stoney and I would recommend good thick soles to protect your feet, it's also (according to my watch) 2,200 steps from the bottom to the top virtually all of which are up hill so not too easy.

Kudin most: You need good shoes, take lots of water with you. The path to the bridge is fairly demanding. It takes some 40 minutes from the parking space. But the place itself is beautiful and magic. A spof of untouched nature. Grab some goat cheese on the way back - a local sells it in front of the house.

Absolutely awsome place, awsome trip, awsome route along the Krupa river bank. Ancient stone bridge across the river with water cascade and waterfalls.

Very nice. A bit difficult to find. The road leading to it is very narrow. It's steep, you have maybe 1,5 chilometres to the bridge from the parking

Wear proper shoes when you go there, it will take 20-25 minutes to go down and 30-35 minutes to go up. Breath taking viewes and crystal clear river with waterfalls and beautifull old bridge running thrugh it. At the top next to carpark there is an old house with an old couple breeding goats and selling goat cheese, buy some cheese, dring some water and have a chat with them, deasnt matter if you dont speak croatian they will still talk to you. One of the most memorable trips I ever had. 😁

Very good place for hiking, prepare for 25m walk to the bridge and 30m walk back. The water is very clean and quite cold (perfect for hot weather), be aware of the snakes, we've seen one right near the resting spot!

There's a spot under the tree with "tarzanka", you can jump in the deep water from it!

I'd recommend bring more water than you originally planned. Also a cool trick is to wet your tshirt so you're cold on the way back.

It was hard to find a way to a bridge.I'll put a pic if you are here first time, because u don't have sign where is walking path.It is mark with stones.U have two ways, one is from Kastel Zegarski.Or drive to Kudin most parking(on a oder side of bridge,it is easier to walk).Read a legend about this bridge and be careful, beauty can be dangerous if U aren't careful. Hiiking boots and water.Enjoy🙃

Swimming in large, crystal-clear river pools with waterfalls in the backdrop. The water is cool, but refreshing on a hot summer day. The path down takes about 30 minutes (a sign there underestimates it at 20 minutes); wear decent shoes because it's rough. There's parking for a handful of cars at the top. At the upper pool, there's a small area at the end of the bridge for chilling and entering the water. We didn't have time to go to the lower pool, but we heard you can go under the waterfalls there.
