Hotel Maroon

Nice and cosy small hotel, clean room with spacious bathroom, cheerful stuff. There are also a restaurant and a cafe where you can find very tasty cakes. Peaceful area with suburb vibe. It took about 15 minutes to get to the city centre by car. And special thanks to pet friendly policy!

Excellent place. Cosmopolitan atmosphere, not an easy find sometimes in Zagreb these days. Food was a feast, extraordinary freshness and quality. The owner personally recommends what's available. Wonderful garden, wonderful place

This is a nice little hotel with great ambient inside and out. It's located near the train station so it takes 15 minutes to get to the center of the city. Plus there is live music twice a week. I recommend it

Very nice experience! We had to book a hotel in a hurry and not much was left, so we ended up in Hotel Maroon. We didn’t expect much, but we were shown how nice a hotel can be. The service was amazing, we got everything we needed and even more without asking. Thanks a lot to the staff, especially to the waiters in the restaurant (very good food by the way and a nice beer garden).
The rooms were clean and pleasant. The only thing that could be really done better is to close the shower, because the floor gets wet a lot.

I got much more for the price I paid. Rooms were renowated over a year ago and still look as if it was open only yesterday.

We didn't stay over night but one of the best restaurants that we visited in a few years ... excellent food and wine ... most professional service and desserts from dreams ... we will come back A++++++
