Konoba Ancora

Ancora has a beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff. We recommend that you call ahead with reservations. The seafood pasta was absolutely perfect, fresh and prepared with homemade pasta. The fried calamari is so perfect, fresh. It comes with French fries, but we swapped it for grilled vegetables, best ever.

We had late lunch / early dinner so restaurant was empty. Everything was perfect. We had 3 courses, all of them were just spot on. Nothing too fancy or too complicated, just good quality ingrediences, simple but nice food presentation and you could just count the different tastes.
Only espresso was not to my taste.

Waiter was professional and helpfull with our choice. Deffinitely recomend this restaurant and worth for revisit as soon as we come back to this location.

We had a fantastic early dinner here. The food was exquisite, service was great. The wine list is small with some really good bottles to choose from!

Starters, Main course and desert was really nice, wine was acceptable. Service was nice and friendly, but very slow (walk past multiple times for a couple of minutes without spending a look). Prices are "okay".

Awesome food, nice service, craft beer and beautiful garden. One of the best restaurants I visited in Croatia. We will definately vision you again.

Family dinner that went amazingly!!! I am celiac and they raccomended the right plates!! Perfect service, food and wine!! We pay the correct price!! We will be back for sure. Thank you for the lovely dinner!!!

Had a nice dinner with fish carpaccio and Mediterranean scallops for appetizers. For main course we had black risotto and scampi alla busara. Food was 5* and my glass of young chardonnay was also nice.
Service was ok, maybe I was missing a question how was the food, I had to ask for a bread for carpaccio and also had to go inside to get fork that was missing. Maybe another little detail. Although we ordered only one portion of scampi, we both ate them, but there was only one cleaning set on the table. My wife had to the bathroom to get her hands cleaned.
Overall a nice experience and will be coming back.

Our first visit to this place, chosen based on reviews, and we certainly didn't make a mistake! Despite the terrace lacking a special view, the ambiance is lovely with new furniture and white stone decor. Our waiter was both knowledgeable and approachable. We followed his recommendations and tried the ravioli filled with shrimps and prawns, which were absolutely delicious. Later, we ordered the squid, and it was fresh and perfectly cooked. Even though we visited during the daytime when the restaurant wasn't crowded, the experience was excellent. Highly recommended!"

Very good Restaurant, lovely place to stay with a nice backyard. Great food and very friendly waiter. The homemade Gnocchi with salmon had been very delicious!

Best restaurant in Premantura

The best restaurant I have visited in Premantura. It's a little bit more expensive then the others, so you should expect a higher standard. But our waiter was very polite and professional and complied to our expectations. The food was delicious. Recommend to substitute french fries with vegetables.

My fiancé and I dined here on a Friday afternoon for lunch and we were the only people in the restaurant the entire time. We were served by the owner who is very nice and speaks both English and Italian. We sat at a table that was half indoors and half outdoors and enjoyed the nice warm sunshine and bright ambience. The restaurant is quite large and has both indoor and outdoor seating in their front and back patio. Their bread is homemade and absolutely delicious, especially with olive oil and pepper.

We ordered the mussels (absolutely outstanding) and the sea bass filet with veggies, which was a bit salty but overall very flavorful. We would absolutely recommend this place!! :)

Amazing place! I’ve been traveling through Croatia for 2 weeks and I wish every restaurant was like this. Perfectly prepared seafood, nice Hugo, friendly service and great prices. I haven’t had such a nice experience anywhere in Croatia yet. Highly recommend to visit!

Best Restaurant in Premantura. We went there three times and the food is amazing, everything is fresh and good quality ingredients. The staff are knowledgeable and really care about about food and wine. Nice outside seating with a cool breeze.

We loved everything we tried. Amazing tuna in saor, fish soup and fab puddings too. Absolutely recommended. Best meal I'vre had on Istria's coast for a very long time. Lovely atmosphere too.

Great fresh fish, nice craft beer on menu, relaxed atmosphere and friendly attentive staff, what else do you need? Okay, reasonable prices ;)

Great experience, fine place, very professional staff, tasty food, traditional plus a few innovations. Ask them to recommend the wines too. Definitely a must go.
