We had quite a disappointing experience with this agency. Our troubles began when we were given the wrong address, leading us to waste a lot of time. Mr. Nikola's lack of professionalism was evident upon arrival, as the office was in disarray. To make matters worse, we never received a receipt for our payment. The most frustrating part was being charged for air conditioning in an apartment that didn't even have one. Overall, our encounter with this agency was extremely unpleasant.

Prima di tutto, non accettano credit card e abbiamo dovuto ritirare al bancomat di domenica un somma importante in contanti.
Ad inizio noleggio avevano atteggiamento amichevole e cordiale e di grande disponibilità, e questo ha fatto abbassare la nostra attenzione.
Le pulizie erano ncluse: la barca era sporca e mai pulita durante il noleggio ( nostro errore non segnalarlo).

A fine periodo:
- ci hanno trattenuto parte della cauzione per un presunto danno sulla prua vano ancora ( strisciata?) contestato a mezzo foto (senza un primo e dopo), quando alla riconsegna ci era stato detto fosse tutto ok senza alcun contestazione.
La loro prepotenza contro la nostra certezza che il danno non ci fosse stato .

La barca era piena di piccoli danni o usura, e ad inizio noleggio non l'hanno segnalati e visionati con noi.

- ci hanno chiesto la ricevuta del carburante, quando era richiesto solo serbatoio pieno ( mai successo in precedenti noleggi).

Attenzione se usufruire dei loro servizi.
