Rent a Car Split downtown - Nova

Pleasant and approachable employees, who clearly love what they do. More than satisfied with the whole experience they gave me. That's why they have been my choice several times. The cars are in excellent condition. I highly recommend it.

Ive been using them since they started as a small company in Split. They never let me or my companies clients down , ever. They are flexible, give a fantastic service and are highly competitive with their prices. I never use any other Company when Im in Croatia

We rented VW Taigo automatic for 4 days period. Car was new - only 6260 km driven. No credit card required as it was enough to have regular debit card and pay 100 EUR for prepaid fuel option (you get a car with full tank and can bring back with near empty). Good location to take and leave the car; high level of service; car was clean; no additional fees requested. Recommend!

Excellent and correct service. On our 2nd day we had a nail in our tire, we went back and they helped us out in less than 1 hour. The Cupra was a dream to drive with.

I had so many questions about the cars and I must say I was a bit complicated because it was my first time I rent a car, luckily mr.Stojan was so calmed and helpful whole time! I'm coming again in few months, hopefully will be same service again ☺

10/10 would absolutely recommend Nova! The staff are incredibly kind and the entire process was completely seamless. We had a great car that we picked up in Zagreb with an easy drop off in Split. We will definitely rent from them in the future! Renting a car can be a pain but Nova made it so easy for us :)

Very good service. We reserved our car online. Picking up the car only took 15 minutes. On the 3rd day of our rental we had an issue with a tire which they fixed in an hour. All staff were super friendly.

About the car: we had a Cupra Formentor. Amazing car to drive on the Croatian roads.

We had a great experience with NOVA car rental. The service was brilliant and friendly, online questions and on the phone, as well an in their shop. They spoke great English. We would highly recommended them as a company if you are looking to rent a car in Split. We had to change our date of rental due to unforeseen circumstances and they were very accommodating.

Friendly staff, also in Zagreb downtown where we took the car. Nice experience. Modern car in a very good condition. A bit confusing to return the car because you have to enter the parking lot at the harbour.

Rented an economy car in Zagreb. Process was easy and efficient. Got a free upgrade to a bigger 4WD diesel. I drop off the car in downtown Split, again the process was done expeditiously. I left an USB connector in the car and they were able to retrieve it for me even after a couple days later. Definitely my go to car renter in Croatia.
