I recently had the pleasure of staying at Guest House Katarina and this place exceeded all my expectations. The host is incredibly welcoming and warm, his attention to detail and genuine care for the guests and property, made me feel like a cherished friend rather than a visitor. The location, only 15 min drive from the beach, offers a peaceful and cozy experience. I truly recommend Guest House Katarina for your next time in Porec. A heartfelt thank you to the host for his outstanding dedication to ensuring a remarkable stay!

Very good hotel, with exelent rooms. Very kind people that make you feel like home. The owner is a good person that help you with everithing that you wont. If you want a good place to stay this is the one!

Wir haben 10 tolle Tage in der Villa K. verbracht. Der Service und das Frühstück sind hervorragend. Man wird sehr gut umsorgt. Für alle Fragen steht Nevio immer sofort zur Verfügung. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍

Trascorso 5 bellissimi giorni in questo posto.Bella la camera, pulitissima, ottime colazioni. Il Sig Nevio è gentilissimo ed è sempre presente. Anche i suoi collaboratori sono gentilissimi. Ci ritorno di sicuro 😊

Sehr schöne Ambiente, super Frühstück und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, versuchen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und Martina hat sogar unsere Klamotten gewaschen und gebügelt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden diese Pension auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Semplicemente eccezionale per cortesia dei titolari, qualità del servizio, pulizia delle camere, colazione curatissima.

Nevio voto 10, gentilissimo e cortese con noi che non eravamo ospiti nel suo alloggio e ci ha offerto il caffè e ci dato molte dritte su come muoverci. Bravissima persona.

Siamo stati due notti in un un'appartamento mansardato molto bello, pulitissimo con tutti i comfort ed un terrazzino con vista sul mare!Colazione abbondante ...ma soprattutto l'attenta e gentile presenza del sig. Nevio ...una persona speciale!Grazie

Ankommen und wohlfühlen - wir haben in der Villa Katarina 2 Nächte gebucht und waren begeistert von der Atmosphäre und dem herzlichen Vermieter (welcher u.a. sehr gut deutsch spricht).
Die Zimmer waren perfekt, super sauber und wir konnten mit einem
wunderbaren Frühstück auf der schönen Terrasse in den Tag starten.

Sehr sehr netter Gastgeber (redet viel :-D) , penibel sauberes Zimmer (Nr. 1), sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet und Anfang Juli 2020 echt zum super Preis übernachtet. Werde bestimmt gerne mal wieder hier landen.. Sehr zu empfehlen. Schöne Grüße

Ich glaube ein Wort trifft hier besonders Gut zu "bezaubernd".

Das Personal als auch der Inhaber ist wirklich Gold wert, durch die freundliche ehrliche und zuvorkommend Art, wird es hier geschafft das es sich wie Zuhause anfühlt. Bis jetzt und ich denke auch noch bei Abreise, kann man wirklich sagen das egal wie Alt oder Jung man ist, jeder ist herzlich Willkommen und wir für uns sagen können... RUND UM ZUFRIEDEN.

Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und würden sogar mehr Sterne geben wenn es gehen würde.

Ambienti puliti, posizione strategica, materassi nuovi e comodissimi, prima colazione eccezionale e abbondante, ma soprattutto il "padrone di casa" è una persona speciale: onesta, servizievole, attenta, intelligente. Da tornarci sicuramente.

Abbiamo deciso di prolungare di un giorno la permanenza in Croazia dopo una deludente esperienza a Fiume tornando a Porec... Trovato per caso libero un appartamento in questa struttura per una notte.... Piacevole colpo di fortuna... Pulitissimo... Molto comodo e bello... Il signor Nevio è un anfitrione nato... Impeccabile... Purtroppo siamo dovuti rientrare... ma torneremo anche soltanto per passare qualche ora in compagnia di persone piacevolissime

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Man kommt auf seine Kosten. Auch Service wie Wäsche oder mal Sauber machen. Frühstück..Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Čisto, uredno, sve na svom mjestu, odličan domaćin,... Sve naj, naj... Doručak fenomenalan..

Ottima qualità/prezzo, locale pulitissimo e accogliente il gestore Sig.Nevio veramente speciale lo raccomando a tutti.
