Excellent little private room near entrance 2 of Plitvika NP. Certainly one of the finest rooms in the Balksns for its price, cleanliness and coziness. The host is a very nice gentleman. Highly recommended to stay here if you are visiting Plitvika NP

Within walking distance to plitvices entrance 2. Arrived and departed via flixbus and location was within 5 mins walking from the nearest bus stop that flixbus stops at. Owner was very friendly and helpful!

Tip top cleanliness just shows that the owner takes pride in everything he does. Friendly personality. Rooms are well equipped with modern facilities.

Great guesthouse with an amazing host. We made an error with our reservation and found ourselves on the street after a sleepless night on the road and morning hike in the national park. We were lucky the host accepted us after showing up at his doorsteps. He showed great empathy and made everything he could to ease our struggles. The rooms are exceptionally clean, tidy and well-accommodated. The cozy and soft bed with fresh sheets made it very difficult for us to leave it. Definitely recommend!

The host is so lovely! I booked this stay very last minute but he took the time to guide me around the area, give me advice for lake plitvice and he has a cat!! That alone is 5* to me!
The room is comfortable, the area is quiet and an easy walk to a shop, pizza place next door and entrance 2 for lake plitvice.

Excellent host, who speaks English better than other host that I have met in the area. He has extensive knowledge of the park and great tips, having grown up here! the guesthouse is Modern and conveniently located close to a supermarket, bistro, and the park itself.

Perhaps the best guesthouse experience of my entire life! Would highly recommend to anyone interested. The owner was the most welcoming and helpful host I’ve encountered in my travels. He gave me much useful information on the parks and the surrounding areas, I would not have been able to complete my trip without him. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, with every need met. Home is very well kept, recommended to all. Cleanest stay in Croatia and great location!

Place very convenient to go to Plitvice walking. Peaceful hotel. Bedroom decorated with good taste. Bed very comfortable. Beautiful garden to rest and have a good talk. Nebojsa was very helpful with his recommendation. Restaurant and supermarket close. A place to stay longer than 1 night, enjoying the nature.

Great guesthouse. Very close to the Plitvička Jezera park, just at the doorstep of it. Nice landlord. Tidy and clean house. Free parking at the courtyard. Very pleasant area close to the nature. Restautants nearby. House can be noisy by group of families.

A great place to stay close to Plitvice National Park! Our family stayed in an apartment for two nights. We were able to get up early and visit the park before it got too crowded. We ended up hiking all day and with two young kids, we're happy to have a place to relax for the night.

Nebojsa, the owner, is so helpful. He told us how to get to the path from his guesthouse to the second entrance of the park. It's about a 15 minute walk (uphill on the way back) and so we didn't have to drive to the park. There is a soccer field just behind the house, which my kids loved!

The apartment is spotless and relaxing.

Host is really friendly and welcoming, location is fantastic with a restaurant, market and bus station only a minute walk away. Rooms are tidy, clean and warm with strong free wi-fi, satellite TV and personal bathroom. Perfect for anyone visiting Plitvice lakes either for the annual marathon or just a casual tourist visit.

Very good place to stay for a couple days to visit Plitvice Lakes. Supermarket is close enough, also small cafe is just near the house.

Very friendly and informative host. Large, fully-equipped rooms. Lovely 15 minute woodland walk to national park. Near to supermarket and Bistro.

Cute place, comfortable beds and nice shower. The owner was very nice and explained us how to get to the lakes and best routes.

Nice accommodation in a brand new house. 15 mins far from the entrance of the lakes (by feet).
