Pizzeria - Buffet Capitano

We were looking to have lunch at an unusual time (4 PM). The restaurant was empty, but they had no problem serving us food. We took a couple of pizzas and a caprese salad. The pizzas were very good, and so was the salad, although it didn't look like a caprese salad. The cheese was not mozzarella, and it had pesto sauce instead of basil leaves. But it was good.
The service was very friendly and fast. We also had some ice lattes which were very well made.

In my definition of excellent table service, great quality food and ambience this ticks all the boxes.
Bruno was a waiter with noticeable experience and great knowledge of offered menus. He knew when to tend and when to leave us in piece to enjoy our meals.
If you want great value for money but feeling of superior service do not miss Capitano and Bruno ;)

The place is awesome, tbe staff is friendly, and all the food is amazing. The different foods has such a unique but great taste. Even if it’s all pasta it’s still different but great. The waiters are so kind and lively. All in all an amazing place, would recommend for EVERYONE

Best pizza in Cres! You have to come and try some!! We loved our meal here and the waiters were so friendly and kind! If we lived in Cres, we would go every day (and get very fat!)

Ci sono andata più volte nell’arco di tanti anni, l’ultima nel settembre 2023. Sempre mangiato benissimo, menu con piatti anche un po’ fantasiosi, non la solita spaghettata di pesce. Ambiente accogliente, tavoli comodi e grandi, vista magnifica. Con l’entrata dell’euro sembrano tutti impazziti in Croazia, qui invece ho trovato prezzi più che onesti per i piatti proposti. 54€ per cozze in sugo, tagliatelle allo scoglio, calamari fritti e patatine, una birra grande, coca e acqua.Pane caldo e morbido, fatto da loro. Eravamo in 2 adulti e 2 bambine.

Unser absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant in Cres! Immer freundliche Bedienung, super leckers Essen und dass gleichbleibend seit Jahren schon, schöner Ausblick auf den Hafen und etwas abseits vom Trubel und Touristenhotspot gelegen. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Świetne miejsce. Pyszne jedzenie, piękny widok na morze, mega przemiła obsługa, chętnie tam wracaliśmy każdego dnia podczas tygodniowego pobytu na Cres.

Wir haben Miesmuscheln und vegetarische Platte gegessen - Personal war zuvorkommend, Essen war super schnell da und sehr lecker. Deshalb 5 Sterne von uns :)

Sehr guter Pizzateig,so einen findet man nur selten +++. Pizza mit Meeresfrüchten ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man viel Knoblauch mag. Die Pizza mit Lachs hatte einen geräucherten Lachs, war etwas salzig. Sehr schöne Musik und das Ambiente am Wasser wunderschön.

Leckeres Essen und freundliche Bedienung. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir hatten Risotto mit Scampie und eine Pizza
