Great view, you even can see the sea from a distance.
The pool is perfect, pizzeria Bocca D’oro nearby….also a perfect place!
Paradis owner Mrs. Anna is very generous, friendly and hardworking and gives you a warm welcome any time of the day.

Sun, pool, quietness, and nearby Rovinj makes it a great place to stay.

We stayed even longer than planned (5 days) and loved it!!

Neven is the best guest house leader we ever had. He took care of anything you ask him. He is looking after his house that everything is in best condition. No dirt, the pool was cleaned every day. The kitchen was equiped with really everything! We will come again for sure!

This is nice family type apartment accomodation . There are several apartments in 2 buildings. Owners are here all time and take care about all details. Many parking places are nearby , mostly shielded. Location is very silent , 5-10min drive to beach or old town Rovinj. Big advantage is pool on site.

If owners will improve small details , easily could get 4stars ( they have 3stars officialy now) .
For example some rooms are equipped only by coffee machine, some rooms are with microwave owen etc...in kitchen, it is confusing. Finally it will be better for all to learn little bit more english.
But small issues only , there are much more advantages here.

We stayed at Paradis apartment end of August, beginning of September. We booked a 45m2 apartment on the first floor. We are a couple with a baby and We really didnt know what to expect, going on a long trip with a 7 months old toddler.
The apartment was perfect, very clean and nicely furnished. They have a big pool surrounded by palm trees. But the biggest asset is Ana, the landlord, she and her husband, go extra effort to make your stay unforgettable. She did so many nice things for us, which we didnt even ask for, that i can freely say that she is the best landlord we ever stayed with.
We gonna come back again for sure:)

Appartment is like new, comfort, clean... perfect. It have parking and POOL 😍 and hosts are really nice to guest as will offer you coffee or Home made Brandy in morning 👍 this will be my main place to stay if I'm near Rovinj

During the last trip from Montenegro-Kotor to Croatia - Rovinj, we rented six apartments but Apartments Paradis in Rovinj was the best, met all expectations. Very honestly recommend.

Very pleasent stuff and clean apartments. Looks exactly like from the photos. A nice and isolated area with a big pool. Recomended.
